I placed an order to go last week Saturday night and I failed to verify if all items were included in the bag. No salsa and no Coke and they overcharge for a can Coke 2.50. So please check your orders. They also allow two crazy ladies to sing that made the atmosphere very loud and crazy! They should at least lower the volume and dismiss drunk people and send them home.

Never again. I ordered a lemonade and they rung it up as an aquas fresca and charged me $4.25. They charged $3.99 for my husband's ice tea. We had the chili con queso, but it was so watered down we didnt eat it and they took it off the bill. The beef fajita was crunchy, and the chicken fajita was extremely dry. We ordered the mixed chicken and beef fajita for 2 and the portion size was small they just added a cut up sausage and some cheese quesadillas that we didnt even eat. They charged me $1.75 for a jalapeños for the chili con queso we didnt even eat. When I asked about obviously being overcharged she said "thats how it is sorry".

First time in this place, my Mexican partner and I, a Cuban, wanted to see the restaurant. We stood at the door for 15 minutes waiting to be served, there was no staff, no one came to our side and the place was empty, which I think is a great lack of respect.

Was a great visit, seems like they were doing a little bit of remodeling, that's why this visit wasn't five stars. But everything else was great! I ordered the Taco's El Morino. Tacos were full, three was more than I needed because they were so big. I prefer the beef fajita over the chicken fajita, although both were very delicious. They come with a poblano pepper, grilled onions, cheese, and cilantro. Water was in a beautiful mason jar, which I found to be a nice touch. Price was fair. I'll definitely be going back. You also get a free vegetable soup that was also delicious. Apparently margaritas during lunch are $3.99 just a little FYI.

I ordered a margarita and it was to sweet, it was more mix than anything, for food I ordered fried tilapia and came with fries, rice, bread and a salad, well the food did not have any flavor it was bland. Our waitress was super nice and friendly and she gave us good service.

Took my family here for our Christmas get-together. I had dined here twice before for breakfast, which I highly recommend), but never for dinner. We had 14 adults and 6 children in our party. We were seated near the stage and patio door (by my request). I preplanned this with Johanna and ordered the beef & chicken fajita mix along with guacamole & queso for the adults, while the children ordered their own kids meal. They have a very good kid's menu with enough selection to satisfy any picky or non-picky eater. I ordered the fajitas to be served family style. When the platters were served, they had also included sausage, which was slightly salty, but delicious nonetheless. The beef fajitas were perfectly seasoned and tender & juicy, but the chicken was a little overcooked. The rice, beans, and guac were delicious, but the queso did hardened too quickly even though the flavor was good. Our waitstaff was good and took care of everyone. We were there at 6pm on a Saturday and we were the only customers there for about 2 hours. The kids had a dance contest on the karaoke stage and had a blast! We were also celebrating the birthday of one of my guest and had brought a cake and the waitstaff brought plates & forks for everyone which was really sweet. I needed assistance to the restroom as I am wheelchair bound, and I and my daughter-in-law saw a roach on the stall wall was a little embarrassing. Due to the bug and the overcooked chicken, I am giving El Catrin a 4 instead of a 5. The decor, atmosphere, & drinks are wonderful. Our service was good. I ended up spending $33 per person (including the 20% gratuity and non-alcoholic beverages), but everyone had a good time. Thank you, El Catrin, for helping us make good family memories!

I give it a one star because the service is horrible! 2nd time I order with door dash and it’s always something missing, the first time I was blaming the dasher but when I called the restaurant they told me they forgot to give it to him. it’s always the same excuse and then they said when they were walking out to catch him he was gone! I wanted to give them a 2nd try so i ordered again today and the same thing happened and I called the restaurant and they gave me the same excuse!!
