The food is good, prices are ok. Customer service is good. It has a big parking lot. They made a new remodeling and the place looks awesome. The new management Marcela and Lucio aremaking a good. I've been to this location twice. The first time was great, no complaints. This time I ordered a pollo bowl and requested to add avocado. They forgot the avocado, and the chicken in the bowl was full of bone fragments which you can see in the attached photo.

Had a great experience today. Humphrey in the drive thru has great customer service. I made a mistake on my order and he was able to fix it without a problem or seeming like it bothered him. Will definitely return because of how I was treated.

I was in need of some good old chicken soup for the lingering cough and soar throat ?. The soup offered more grease than broth. They didn't give me the chips and salsa that went with it. I also ordered an 11.00 salad that offered grilled chicken. The chicken was extremely dry and uneatable, with very brown ? to the point of being rotten ?I never checked my lunch until I made it back to the office.

My dad spent 56.49$ on 3 shredded chicken nachos, and 2 bowls. let me just say after eating those chicken nachos a few hours later my stomach had a sharp pain in it and now I just threw up CHICKEN! I'm not saying the food is what caused that, well yes I am but for us to have gotten soggy chips and 6-7 hard pieces of chips that's unacceptable! I'm Just saying My mom didn't even like her bowl and said the chicken was hard and dry! my chicken tasted Wierd! Now I can't even go to school because I feel bad. This is the first time I've gotten the nachos I usually always get the kids meal burritos because I get full fast but Never again will I eat here unless I'm forced to or payed! Also I went in and I could see the chicken being cooked it looked delicious but smelt questionable! never again

I've only been twice and I won't go again. I thought if I went the second time they would provide me with better food and service but the chicken and the service both were dry... Management just left a message saying let them make it right but I need to remember time and day. I dont got that receipt anymore. So move on.
