Yesterday, on 3-11-2024, El Templo in the Galleria area was hailed as the best restaurant, and it has quickly become my new favorite spot. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, but let me tell you about the exceptional staff. Our server, Carlos, was a gem - he knew the menu inside and out, answering all of my questions with ease. As we were still deliberating over what to order, the manager, Anglic, approached our table with a warm greeting. Her positive energy was infectious. Then Carlos had suggested trying the fillet mignon fajitas, I was intrigued. Fillet mignon is my favorite cut of steak, and to have it in fajita form was a delightful surprise.When our food arrived, Carlos continued to impress with his attentive service. The food was outstanding, but what truly set El Templo apart was the exceptional management of Anglic. She ensured that every patron was well taken care of, guiding her staff with grace and ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. I have visited this restaurant a few times before, but yesterday's experience was unparalleled.I highly recommend El Templo in the Galleria area, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager, Anglic, for making our visit even more memorable. This TexMex restaurant has now become my top choice, thanks to the impeccable service and warm hospitality we received.

Not returning to this establishment....We had a booth, nice, however next booth had children whose parents allowed them to shout and scream constantly, waiter did nothing about it..Food was Salty , my date only ate a little, so there was a substantial amount left on the plate, however, waiter didn't ask if take home was needed...My meal, mediocre, ordered cheese Enchiladas, not great.... as the meal presentation was not as other Hispanic Restaurants, can't wait to dig in...Service was OK ?..It's a rarity that I criticize a Restaurant, but we had a Lousy experience...
Our food was really good! And our waiter, Paul, was really nice and attentive. There's a lot of options to choose from when it comes to drinks AND food, so there's something for everyone!

Made a reservation for 630pm on a Thursday and was seated immediately. I don't think a reservation was necessary but it does give me peace of mind. I got an order of the beef fajitas 1 pound and the basic parrillada. It was the PERFECT amount of food for our group of 6. The parillada had ribs, quail, chicken, pastor, and sausage. There wasn't a single meat type that I didn't enjoy. The ribs were insanely tender, the sausage was very flavorful and the chicken was well brined and far from dry. I would recommend these two platters for ur party if you're looking for a fajita night with a little *spice*
