Ordered to-go service and waited an extra 30 minutes for the order to be ready when the order was placed at 8:07. I did not get the food until almost 9pm and had to sit and wait for 30 minutes. We watched people walk in and walk out within 10-15 minutes picking up orders. When the server finally came and gave us our food, she stated how the grill person didn't have our ticket. But when we get home the food was so cold. We only live 5 minutes down the street there's no way it could've gotten cold that fast. The brisket was super dry and only got one rib for my beef trio when last time I was given 3. It seems we were given the scraps of the day. Also did not put in an order of fries we paid for. Was so unhappy with this place.

Haven't had this place is a while and I forgot how good it was!!! I'll definitely be eating here again and I can't wait to order another beef trio. The service was friendly. They offered me two free sides from an inconvenient wait time on my ribs without me saying anything. The seating is comfy and plenty and the location is convenient.

I was feeling some BBQ and this was the closest place to me so I thought I would give it a try. When I walked in it was a breath of fresh air and smelled so nice. I thought because it was a BBQ restaurant it would smell like a pit, however it made me feel right at home. There was tons of seating and lots of clean tables to dine in. I appreciate when you can come into a restaurant that smells and looks clean. The servers were very alert and ready to take my order. I had the brisket sandwich combo that comes with a french fries and a soft drink. You can order a jalapeño bun instead of a regular bun if you are wanting a different type of bread. I decided to get the original bun. However, what I loved the most is that you can get your brisket dry or with bbq sauce. Sometimes, the sauce can be too overpowering so I got the sauce on the side. If you want to add more to your sandwich they have several fix-in's like jalapeños, onions, and pickles. Nevertheless, the sandwich was fulfilling, fries were hot, fresh, and tasty! I would definitely recommend for lunch. I will be coming back to try their other items on the menu.

Omg! I have not had Pappas BBQ in a very long time. I mean since I worked their as a part time job in HS. It is not the same! The beef rib on my plate looks like a bone only! The Mac n Cheese is soupy. The pasta salad has no flavor! We asked for extra condiments and didn't get but a few. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone if this is what they are serving up now... disappointed!

I'm not a fan of their online catering order system. I thought I'd put in an order ahead of time but I just created some kind of "party" it was strange. I didn't see anything come to my email after finalizing the order, or so I thought? To my surprise when I arrived to this location, they didn't have my order ready. This was going to set me back. I had to call my lunch party recipients and let them know I was going to be late. The staff at this Pappas location hooked me up! They had my to-go catering order ready within 15-20 minutes and I was out the door! Good, fast service and who doesn't love their food!?

The burgers here are juicy and Fantastic!!! And to top it all off with a pecan pie, Wow!! I always order the brisket baked potato with the works but now it's only the bacon cheese burger for meeee!!!!!

We visited back in 2020, the service wasn't great but the food was good. Went back tonight (curbside pick up). We ordered 1/2 rack of baby back ribs and 1/2 chicken. The chicken was undercooked (see pics). Yams were dry and bread was soggy from the undercooked chicken juice. It's a long drive so we ate the ribs and sides and finished cooking the chicken in the oven. Cmon Pappas, undercooked chicken can make people sick.

This location sucks. Love Pappas BBQ, but this locations has let me down. Service is horrible, night manager is horrible, and Togo orders are the worst. That whole afternoon crew is a joke. I ordered 4 pounds of meat and got 2 pounds with 4 slices of bread. Speaking to the manager didn't help. She's a joke!

Pappas Bar-B-Q gave the absolute worst customer service I've seen in the past several years from ANY establishment. This is especially disappointing because it came from a Pappas restaurant, which I once believed held themselves to a higher standard. However, times have clearly changed... Manny, Rosa, and Lizbeth were collectively terrible, however, Manny alone deserved the award for worst customer service EVER! Manny clearly does not have the requisite people skills, problem solving abilities, nor etiquette to be in any leadership position. To make matters worse, they were all rude to a senior citizen, which is beyond despicable. Shame on each of them and shame on Pappas for having Manny in a management role. Manny's poor behavior has clearly rubbed off on other employees which is destroying this location. New leadership and better employee development is needed ASAP so the surrounding community can receive the service they deserve!
