Bad online ordering experience. I ordered through their website. Not through a third party. I chose the location closest to me and had a receipt and time of pick up for my order. I arrived and they never received my order. I had the receipt with the correct location and proof I paid. My order was not here. I arrived at 7:30 and had to wait for an hour for my food to be made and given to me. If you order through their website. Call the restaurant to make sure they receive your order and avoid wasting time. I do not blame the restaurant. This was just very inconvenient for me.

The dine-in experience was excellent. I ate a lamb gyro wrap in the restaurant. For 11 dollars, it was a good portion. The bread tasted good and it was filling. I adored the ambience. While there was only soft 'hotel lobby' music playing in the background, the globes of light that hung overhead created a lovely atmosphere. The cashier was friendly and checked up on me mid-meal. You can simply take the free water (enhanced with lemon) to drink, if you like. Salad lovers will appreciate the salad bar, where many queue and select before to pay. I also ordered some lamb for takeaway. It was mixed with rice and nuts and was accompanied by a piece of bread. Better to dine in-house, because they serve dip with one's meal.

Fadi’s did not disappoint. Everything was made to order and the salads and sides were extremely flavorful. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for great Mediterranean cuisine.

Very authentic tic food. I lived in Jordan for two years and this is the closest that I’ve gotten to that taste since being in the states!!
This Fadi’s is not like the other locations. One of the highlight of eating Fadi’s is the big puffy pita bread but their bread was thin and hard compared to other locations. The chicken shawarma was more like kabob texture. The kale salad was great and so was the Greek salad.

I ordered through Uber Eats and also called the restaurant to add an additional item that was not showing through Uber eats and they were able to add the order but unfortunately Uber came too early and picked up the original order with missing items I made with the restaurant. Fadis immediately sent their driver to complete the rest of the order and added a complimentary side dish. Love their food and their service!
