Kelly was very informative and recommended...We Had the sampler...Awesome choice.Brisket, moist, tender, no sauce needed...EXCELLENTTurkey juicy, lots of flavor, not dry at all like I expected.Sausage...not exceptional HOWEVER the house bbq sauce really brought to life!Pork rib, was tender and very meaty. BBQ sauce really enhanced the flavor.Redbeans had a nice kick,Coleslaw was subtle and adequate, conplimented the meal well.Dirty rice....WELL what can I say...not my favorite.Only thing missing was country music and beer!!! Maybe soon
This is hands down one of the best BBQ places i’ve been too. I had the pulled pork and the sausage which were very tender and juicy. The sides were also phenomenal. I had the Mac and Cheese and the potato salad which both went beyond expectations. I highly recommend visiting because they will 100% make you feel right at home and provide some of the best BBQ.

I’ve used Fire Craft multiple times now for catering and have eaten lunch from the truck, the new restaurant and at his tent at the HLSR BBQ Cookoff and it is ALWAYS stellar. Chef Dave knows what he’s doing with everything!

The salmon was excellent. The southern corn was great and the jalapeño cornbread was excellent. I’met the owner nice people nice staff. I have eaten the brisket there. It is great. This guy is excellent barbecue I highly recommend it.Vegetarian options: Corn beans jalapeño cornbread

My favorite brisket in Town!!! Highly recommended!!! Staff is absolutely incredible!!!!!
I arrived around 1:30p on a Saturday and they were nearly blown out of food, so arrive early if you want to have many options!It was easy to see why they had sold out on a lot.. The food was incredible and I easily had the best restaurant service in many years. Everyone was very attention (even if it wasn't within the scope of their role) and the owner made a point to check in on us. You can tell the owner has a passion for BBQ and it shows in how he runs his business and the quality of everything from the food to the store front itself.I had the pork ribs, southern style pinto beans and the best damn squash casserole I've ever eaten in my life. My partner has the juiciest turkey we've ever encountered, Mac and cheese and the dirty rice. All 11/10!! All the stars!I live in Houston but I will make the drive to come back, thanks for having us!
My wife and I had a few hours to kill and instead of waiting at the airport, decided to get some Texas BBQ. Fire craft had the highest rating and the Uber wasn't that expensive. The food is delicious, I wish I could have brought some home on the flight! Great spot for lunch that will keep you full.
