Ordered a sandwich. I get home from my 15 minute drive and it’s the wrong one. I called to have them remake it because I had to drive back. They did not remake it and then spent another 10 minutes talking while I waited for the correct sandwich. Incompetent employees all around.

Terrible customer service and a manager with a disgusting attitude! The manager says her name is Anna. Backstory: I ordered a sandwich, replaced Ham, with Pastrami and was charged an extra $1 for it. Normally I’m not charged extra when I replace the meat. But I said, okay, well since it costs me extra anyway, then you can put the Ham back on the sandwich in that case. The upcharge for Pastrami then became $4. She said “that’s just what the computer does,” as she shrugged. If I am paying full price for a sandwich then put everything on it that normally comes on it. Learn some customer service and don’t make your flawed computer system anyone else’s problem.

I went in to firehouse the other day around 11 there was this lady called Diana blonde hair Hispanic. She gave me the worst attitude ever while I was trying to order she seemed like she had to be somewhere else and kept rushing me while I was telling her my order. Keep in mind no other customer was in the store other than myself. It has not been the first time this happens I’ve gone in other times to this exact location and she has been mistreated not only customers but the employees as well I’m not sure if she has some sort of manager position but I don’t think you should call one of your workers “useless” in front of a customer this is literally a sandwich shop so I don’t understand why she insulted a worker.I’ve spoken to a couple of workers from the store before and they have all said she just complains about them for no reason other than “she wants to fire everyone”.I don’t think that’s such a professional thing to do.

Have been here a couple times. It’s close to my office. Went today. A few things are not right with the lady managing the register. First, she seemed annoyed at the free extras I wanted on my sandwich, including telling me that I can add salt and pepper myself. Second, there was never a hello or a how are you. Third, I informed her the drink machine was not working right. She responded “yes it is” without even looking at it. I again re-informed her that it wasn’t working. She completely ignored me, did not respond and went back to taking orders at the register. There’s no manager on duty and no owner present to speak to. This establishment is being run by people who have zero pride in what they’re doing. Would suggest you go to another location. I like firehouse but this location is terrible. Will not be going back.

the sandwich i had was tasty but not enough meat on it.the choc chip cookies were hard as rox. chk/dmp was soup small and tasteless. the employees seemed like they didnt want to be there (i wouldnt wanna be there either).prices were a little high for what you get. free med sub on your bday with $5 purchase,usta be free w/no purchase..wouldnt recommend..go to jimmy johns !

As a google guide I usually get lots of interact with people when I go for lunch or coffee ..The attitude of staffs was awesome and we spent some time talking and joking.Im giving only 2 to them as I just liked their staffs and their atmosphere ( 1 for each ).. I cut 3 starts as my food was cold .. it supposed to be hutttt and burns you to get fire station notified right ?!.. that’s the idea of marketing.. so I got shocked when my food was served cold-warm .. I will edit my review if you offer me a free veggie huutte hot sandwich..there was nothing wrong with anything else .. by the way as usual I was super hungry so couldn’t wait longer to get my food reheated .. ..

Soda fountain not working properly. Staff (Christopher) uninterested in fixing the problem or offering other options like a refund or bottled soda. Charging $16 for a sandwich, chips and a drink is bad enough, not getting a drinkable soda makes it egregious. Do not go here.
