Total Fee's with tax 8.25 % + 18%gratutity + 10.9% Mystery fee (Undisclosed Fee illegal BTW) = 37.15%The automatic gratuity of the supposed 18% on orders over 100$ is much higher if you calculate it, it ends up being 29% Because you’re paying on top of the tax. I’m just not sure how a 16 drink with 18% plus tax ends up being 21.95$. I got charged an extra $ 1.75 and no tax is 10.9 %.This adds up to 21.95$ total paid out of the original price of 16$.Could anyone please explain this to me?(Did not Op to Add more tips. )Update :Seeing as I am not the first review to mention that the mandatory gratuity is charged on taxes, you did know and have done nothing to solve it. This is not an industry standard. It has to be programmed into your POS systems, meaning management deliberately rips people off. Why would I ever come back?!
