Came in today to redeem my buy one entree get one entree for free when one of the workers basically scammed me out of my offer. It was the end of day so they were low on a lot of items (especially because it was $6 burrito day) I asked for steak and the guy was literally scrapping the bottom of the container barely making two scoops, he hesitates and then asks "you want a lil more" instead of asking properly if i wanted and "extra scoop" the "extra scoop" he gave wasn't even a full scoop but a few pieces. When I go up to the register they ring my order in with an extra scoop. In which, they know that special deals and offers don't apply to extras... so I ended up paying the full cost. I even told them it was an honest mistake and I didn't know that what he was asking was an extra scoop. A dinner for 2 tonight was suppose to be $11 and ended up costing $16 (in which i technically could've gotten another extra $6 bowl/burrito) Just disappointed in the outcome. I understand the frustration from the staff today, but not sure why it couldn't just be honored.
I always love coming here there has never been a day I've went or called that I have had bad service everyone is always so friendly and my food always comes out the best you guys keep up the good

I've not been to Freebirds in 10+ years, and this one did not disappoint. The food is still good and the staff was pleasant.The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the front-end is the restaurant was a hot mess. Tables had trash on them, and the trash where customers dropped off trays was overflowing.Parking: I visited around 8:30 ish during the week. So, parking was easy.

I never leave reviews but I just wanted to give a personal thank you to Tina for giving me a great experience even tho I've come here multiple times. She simply asked how my day was while helping me and i really feel like moments like that are under appreciated. It was very refreshing to say the least. We don't usually go when it's super busy but they're always quick and friendly. Definitely one of our main go-to places in the area.

Def will never coming back i try to give this place a chance once a year hoping it will get better but it def..doesn't..had a chicken burrito with 50% more ...after a few bits I just opened it up and with a microscope found what little chicken was in it and ate it with a fork ..the whole burrito was just rice and beans and the meat has no flavor..last time $14.50 down the drain thx guys

Food is great. Service is not. Don't order online ahead of time because it won't be ready when you get there. You're better off going in and going through the line. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:56. I came in at 12:00 and they hadn't even started it. I walked up to the counter where the sign says "pick up here" and the cashier looked at me and just turned around. Someone went through the line and she turns back around to check them out, looks at me again and turns back around. The dude making the food had to come over and help me. If this wasn't the only freebirds by where I work I'd go to a different one.Finally got my order... it's wrong. Go figure.
