The food here is good and the restaurant is clean. I do wish they had the choices they used to have for types of tortillas. The selection of toppings is also quite limited.
Delicious food, however they are disingenuous with portion sizes. If you order a monster bowl with extra meat and double portions they’ll give you the same portion or less than what the regular bowl holds with like half a scoop of rice. I took it back to the restaurant and the workers were generous enough to fix the mistake and they were very kind and helpful. The staff is A+

If you like burritos, this place is for you...if you are so so on burritos, then skip this review as I love burritos.This freebirds is hands down the most dependable, consistent and always makes great burritos.It is honestly rare to find places with consistently good food and consistently great service at the same time. Over time, something gives. We went here over the Plandemic and the quality never changed and when you over over the app, it is always ready when you ask for it and the rewards are significant, unlike places that just tell you to sign up for rewards so they can track you and never give you anything you really want. I mean, after I get two supermonster burritos, I get a free freebird size burrito! Hard to beat and I eat burritos anyways to the rewards aren't for stuff I'll never eat.I remember one time I has some issue with something that wasn't done right and they didn't fuss or make excuses. They redid it and we kept what wasn't done right. They run a tight ship and you can tell over time. So glad this place is close.

This was my second time trying this place and I would definitely not eat here again. I’m sorry but the food has no taste whatsoever. No matter what toppings and salsa and sauce I put on my burrito it was bland. Chipotle hands down taste way better. This place was closer to my home but so not worth it.
