The burgers are very good. When I ask for them to cook it medium, they always do and then I get to fix my burger my way. Seldom do I get anything other than tater tots and they're always crunchy just the way I like them. Then I cover them with jalapeno cheese. A large strawberry shake too!

I always love going to Fuddruckers and even though I love the burgers, this time I had to get the grilled chicken salad which was also delicious. But I love that they have expanded their menu and have a lot more options to choose from now. My salad was made just right. Crisp fresh veggies and the grilled chicken was at the perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly and constantly checked to see if I needed drink refills or anything and had no problem whatsoever giving me the extra salad dressings that I requested. So I have no complaints about this location. ✓Food was delicious✓Friendly service

Fudds is a fun throw-back burger joint. They have great chicken and vegetarian options now, too. The grilled chicken is extremely good.They were out of most of the fry options. And eggs, somehow.Also clearly understaffed, the wait time to order was long, but they were doing their best.This location is struggling a bit, but we like it here. Hope management can get their act together.

This is my updated review of this place. The burgers are still wonderful, but the salad bar is often not fresh at all. And the restaurant itself really could use frequent clean-up. Ever since Covid, the place has been very nasty in terms of cleanliness. Every single time I went there, the floor is sticky from soft drink spillage, and no one bothered to clean up. The sauce counter is often squirted with sauce that again, no one cleaned up.

Literally have just left this place, my husband and I were really looking forward to having some good burgers since we haven't eaten Fudruckers in a really long time. We regretted it immediately after getting our order, you're better off staying home and making them yourself. They did change their menu, you can't get any "exotic" meats anymore, but they now offer veggie and beyond burgers. I ordered their turkey burger with pepper jack, grilled onions, and mushrooms, my husband ordered their bourbon burger. When we received our order, I had a small amount of fries and my husband didn't receive any, we were told that they had ran out and that a fresh batch is being made, then we'll get called back up to get the remaining of his order. I also did not get my grilled onions or mushrooms, and my patty was super soggy. By the time we were finished eating we still hadn't gotten called up to get his fries, so of course we left. Extremely disappointing visit.

July 2022, my first time back here after the pandemic. I was pleased to see that the self serve toppings are still available. The self serve cheese, condiments, and drinks too. Sunday afternoon was not busy at all, 5 out of 35 tables sat. The air-conditioning was not working so it was humid inside.The staff was average, not rude just indifferent. The food was delicious and it didn't take long to be made.The restroom was in bad shape and in need of attention. Overall good eating experience for a fat guy like me ?

What has happened to Fuddruckers? I've been going to Fudds since 1982, when I moved back from Huntsville. Been going to this location since 2003 when I moved to the area. We used to be regular visitors, several times a month, but not as often the last year. Today was probably my worst and last visit. Dried out meat, stale bun, rude staff. I understand everything cost more, but they are charging prices like they are a premium burger place and they are Not premium. I was encouraged that the new ownership was keeping multiple locations open, including this one, but that was a false hope. Things have changed for the worse!

When entering the building it looked very clean. Walked up to the counter and I ordered my hangover burger with pepper jack cheese .When receiving my food my burger was unfortunately dry . My boyfriend order the same thing but asked for a medium well burger . His was well done. And also dry . The egg was fully cooked . Not slightly runny how it’s suppose to be. I also ordered a strawberry milkshake. Did not taste like strawberry it tasted like water with strawberry chunks. But it was the texture of a shake of course. First time trying them and last. I think I’ll stick to Red Robin or homemade .BUT the place was CLEAN !!! That’s always a plus ! The toppings were in a sanitized area . Off cleanliness alone they could get a 10/10 .Off the food a 4/10.

There was this one time that they got my order of Tex Mex burger wrong and just gave me a plain cheeseburger but it was good anyway ?? (btw Tex Mex burger + sweet potato fries are my favorites on the menu; very good)

Condiment/ vegetable bar was very sloppy. Used to be one of my favorite burger places. They could be number one just by changing a few things. I loved this place in my childhood and when I heard that they might be going out of business, my friends and I wanted to visit it one last time. I've been going about every six months with a different group of friends. This location has a few solid employees who's customer service skills are great. The burgers were just as delicious as I remember them to be! The gluten-free buns were tasty but had a bit of a chewy texture. The bathrooms were acceptable. The two tables that I sat at had some dried food that I cleaned myself because I really wanted to sit in a certain area of the restaurant. You will spend almost twenty bucks per person.

I used to love this place but the food quality has deteriorated. My hamburger was obviously a pre-cooked hamburger patty. The hamburger had a slight taste.The vegetable trays did not look fresh.So sad that this franchise has been sold to someone who is more concerned about profits than quality. Not ever returning...

The combo was just the right amount of filling, but not too full. The buns and burger tasted fresh. I like how you can select what to put on your burger from lettuce, pickles, onions, jalapeños, condiments, and other vegetables.
