In a phrase, THIS IS TEXAS! Best brisket I’ve ever had. Melts in your mouth, so tender it won’t stay on your fork. Everything is full of flavor! Highly recommend. Here for a few days and I guarantee this will not be my only time here!

Visiting Houston, my husband and I wanted some bbq. And though they ran out of brisket, which is what I wanted. Their ribs and sausage, along with sides were so good.
If you want dry bbq this is the place. 3 visits now thinking it was maybe an off day. But I don’t recommend for someone who is looking for flavor and tender. Every meat to date has been dry and rubber. They push you through the cafeteria line and that’s exactly the type of food you’ll get.

We were pretty disappointed in the food. Turkey was just bland, sausage was terrible and I'm Czech, potato salad was just okay. There was no eating utensils when we entered the line for food and at $20.00 a person you should be selling a quality product and it is NOT.
