We decided to go to a new place for brunch in observance of Cinco De Mayo and Goode. Co. Kitchen & Cantina did not disappoint. The queso with ground beef was really good and all of the food was great. The drinks were spectacular. Particularly the "Damn Good Margarita" and "Breakfast Margarita."

First time visit for Friday night takeout. Atmosphere was so relaxing and beautiful interior. I ordered the epamnades that was recommended on the reviews and it didn't disappoint. Pastry was so tender and had a great crisp along with the pork filling. Also ordered the beef tamales. The only thing that I found disappointing is three would have been better then two. Very good! Will returned

I took my sweet friend here for lunch on a Friday for her birthday. We started with the queso, shared beef fajitas, had a couple of margaritas, and finished with the tres leches. The food was good, the margaritas were tasty, and the service was excellent. Ask for JMac; he was great!

This is my second time placing an order online with this specific location and getting there for them to act like they don’t see my order. I am highly upset to leave my house and drive 15 minutes just to get there and my simple order of churros not available. It is absolutely unacceptable. How can you not see an online order? Makes zero sense. Manger able to cancel order but not able to see an order HOW? Piss poor location and I love Goode company except this particular location

1st time here. Thought we'd try a new Mexican restaurant in the area (new to us). Stopped in for dinner, there was a wait to be seated so we opted to sit/eat in the bar area. The atmosphere was family/friends and was nice. It took awhile to get chips/salsa and place our drink order. Our waiter was nice, but didn't really provide options. For example, I ordered a margarita and it had a salt rim when it arrived and then I asked if they had Tajin. I was fine with what he brought, and he even brought back an empty glass with Tajin on the rim, so that was nice, but I've been to other places where they ask when your placing your drink order. Again....first impressions. We ordered fajitas and asked for beef, chicken and shrimp. We only received chicken. The food was decent, but honestly, I've had better fajitas at other restaurants. This place was packed, so maybe I'm just missing what the fuss is all about. We'll give it another try and order something different, it just seemed expensive for what we ordered and the food wasn't the BEST I've ever had.

We were disappointed in the lack of flavor in the red and green salsa as well as the queso. The fish tacos were also flavorless and the Laguna Madre shrimp was mushy. With so many great Mexican restaurants on Houston, we won't be returning.

Service was awful. After being seated it took 28 minutes for a drink, server completely ignored us and finally a manager came and took our food order after waiting 45 minutes. No apology, no thank you when we paid. Never again

Great dinner at Goode Co. Kitchen & Cantina. I have been to all the Goode Co. restaurants many times but this was my first time at this location. We had excellent service. Even though it was busy, Ginett was very helpful in seating us. There was a minor wait which they apologized for many times (not their fault) and offered us complementary appetizers. The manager came by to check on us and left us in great hands with our waitress, Ariana. She was wonderful. She offered suggestions and told us what she liked on the menu. The food was so good! It is the great food that we come to expect at a Goode Co. restaurant but the service was above and beyond. My aunt and uncle were visiting and they talked about the great service for days after. We will definitely be going back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
