I came for the the Sunday night pasta I called in advance because it was 10 and they were serving brunch. The person who answered assured me they were serving the full menu except the bento boxes. I let him know I was on the way the gentleman that answered happened to also be me server. He was excellent and super friendly and caring. Thank you RICHARD I’ll be back to get more pasta lol

I usually work pretty late and wanted something to go. I called about 945. Someone answered, took my order placed me on a brief hold. Someone then came back I believe her name was harmony so she could retake my order put the order into the system. Remember the game telephone and you start off saying one thing about time it gets back to the person. Everything is all wrong. That’s pretty much how my order was so when I arrived at 10, i still had to wait about 15 min. I asked her to then tell me my order again to ensure that it was correct before paying, I then gave her a gift card for my payment method In which she insisted had no money on there, I told her I had just opened it. She called her manager over. He was able to process as it did cover majority of the payment & paid the remaining balance in cash. I ordered theMozzarella chicken with no mozzarella sauce, substitute for Alfredo sauce and to cook the chicken fried hard. I barely had Alfredo sauce no cheese. The chicken wasnt cooked completely because it was still soggy and wet in the inside overall terrible meal and I go here pretty often. I followed up the next morning with the manager. I believe his name was Chris, or Maybe Mike I do not recall as this was last week sometime and I am just now getting a moment to share my experience. He was very careless of the situation. I had completely wasted my time and money because the food was not properly cooked. He suggested I should have checked the food prior to leaving and which he is absolutely correct , but is also their job to ensure the order is made how the customer ordered it. It was a terrible Experience and Im usually a regular here but My time has come to an end with supporting big businesses who do not take accountability.

I went to this location on 4/27 around 9pm. I wanted to order the spicy vodka past l. I wanted to replace the sausage with chicken. The server stated it would be a 7 up charge. I asked her why when I come here all the time and get the same dish. She stated she didn’t know and she would get a manager. It was weird because I never asked for a manager. I asked her for a second to check out the menu. She went to the kitchen and came back and said oh no I told you the wrong price it’s 5. I said I would just get fries. My friend was looking at the menu she said what would you like. She was very inpatient. I told my friend she’s is a rush because she was rushing us. Fifteen minutes pass by I’m like it doesn’t take long for what we ordered. Then here comes Chris the manager like is there a problem. I was so confused I told him I didn’t like the customer service. He said some words were exchange you called her a B. I was so confused I said wait a minute what nobody called her out her name. I said that’s what you believe he said I mean yeah!!!! I can send out another server we decided not to eat there. Because we were lied on and the manger was so unprofessional. He told us that he believed. Why would I want to eat here after being lied on and the manager never asked us just accused us. I don’t know what they would do to my food. I won’t be patronizing this restaurant again. There is so much more to this review. I’ll already wasted enough time and I drove 2 and a half hours to this location

We stopped in The Grand Lux Friday, April 26, 2024. We went into their (women) bathroom and, it was disgusting. The smell was awful and the sink clogged, stalls ...this place was fealthy. So, after we seen that we left and told your staff. She just ignored our concerns and walked away. One waitress was in the hallway on the phone when we went inside the rest room and still there when we left. I used to be a patron here when it first opened. Since "blacks" have flooded this restaurent it has gone downhill drastically, and a health inspector should come and view this place. Needless to say, we left and went to Morton's and had an unpleasant experience. Namely, Assistant Manger Patrick "racist" . So what better racism or a fealty restaurent? And lastly, the food wasn't worth the price. No 5 stars.

I tried a new bunch item the Breakfast Quesadilla and it was fabulously delicious! Also Aida was the best server EVER..PERIOD! She was very attentive and patient all at the same time!! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a chance to step in during Sunday brunch time today & our server Aida was a phenomenal server! She made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely friendly? When you visit this location be sure to ask for Aida’s area within the restaurant. She is sure to take great care of you during your dining experience @Grand Lux Houston!!!
