Today had the candy cookie. Tasted fresh, sugary and delicious. Staff is very quick and friendly which makes me want to go again.

3 kids ordered 3 shakes. The worker made the incorrect order and accused us/ the customer / a 9 year old of lying. They refused to correct the order. Orderer three shakes 1 cookies and cream 2 cotton candy plus bought a piece of cookie cake. They refused to correct it.

The sign on the front of the building said that they close at 9:30. We got there at 8:45 and the mixing stone was well melted. They stop working at least an hour before closing. They offered to just sprinkle the topping over the top instead of mixing them in (since they had already turned off the mixing stone). At $5.99 for a single scoop, I would have been better off going into Kroger in the same parking lot and getting a pint of ice cream. I will not be returning.

Was craving ice cream and went to this location. 5/5 stars! The employees were very nice. The ice cream was terrific!! The ice cream was fresh, creamy and very well made. There were many different flavors to choose from. They also had great cone and cone cup choices. The cone cup with the top dipped in chocolate was fresh. What can I say? It was a perfect ice cream experience. Will definitely be going back for more!! Probably the best ice cream shop in Houston. Update: I went again yesterday and I do see what a prior review is talking about. The ice cream needs to be colder. So temperature in those ice cream refrigerators needs to be lowered. My ice cream was a little melted, so it needs to be colder. It was great though. Making it colder would be a huge difference.

Came in on a busy Saturday night and the manager Alex made sure everyone was well taken care of in a timely manner. She was very kind to us and even kept up conversation the entire time she was scooping and mixing ice cream. The shop has Apple Pay!! Will definitely be coming back here.

I liked the atmosphere of the store. The employees made us feel comfortable and we’re giving us great tips on the flavors and mix ins! Most other locations don’t treat the customers as well as this one.
Lazy employees. Told me I’d have to wait 2 hours for a plain cookie cake. The store was not busy. There was literally no one else in the store except the 2 employees. Lol I went to another location and was served within 20 minutes.

I should have read the reviews first but Coldstone creamery was too far from my residence. Anyway had a taste for ice cream. Ordered a waffle bowl with sweet cream, brownies, caramel and pecans. The brownie was hard and crunchy which indicated it was old and stale. The waffle bowl was unusually small and stale as well.
