Simple, food here was simple yet good, the portions are big and everything is at a really good price. We got the nachos delux and they were soooo good, we got them with their cashew cheese which was the perfect combination, I will say, I wish they were served warm, but other than that, they were super good; my husband ended up getting a "beef" burrito that was made with tofu, and I will be honest, I personally don't like tofu, but I don't know what they did here or how, because it was SOOOO GOOOD and juicy, super delicious, and the beat part, or at least one of my favorite parts, the dessert, they had so many cute and delicious cakes, I wish I would've taken a picture of them, but they were so good I couldn't stop myself, I had one that had coconut pieces, nuts and chocolate, and let me tell you, it took me back to my childhood, I can't wait to have it again.

This place is so good. I love their cauliflower wings and vegan deserts. I love how their condiment options are non dairy as well! Their raw veggies are fresh as well!

I guess I didn't like it because I'm not a vegan or vegetarian. Unlike my friend I went with, who is a vegetarian. The soup, and fries were good, but Jalapeno Cheese Burger and classic sandwich were completely bland. They didn't taste good or bad. Just bland! But if you're a vegan maybe this is the place for you. You might like what they offer. Deluxe nachos tasted better than both our sandwiches. The staff is friendly.

I've been going to green vegetarian cuisine since it opened in Houston. I love the food and usually the service is great. But the last time I went, one of the waitresses and one of the cooks weren't wearing their masks correctly (the nose isn't covered). I just stopped by now, and I saw the same thing happen, so I left. Also the restaurant is understaffed right now, making the wait time for food too long, which is another reason I left today.

Food was fine, two vegetarian bowls, two iced teas. We were the only customers sitting in the place. Experience paying the bill was not fine. We receive e-mail newsletters from Green. These newsletters include coupon deals. We told the waitress upfront that we were going to use a BOGO coupon, she indicated that was fine. When it was time to pay, she asked to see the email and was surprised that there was no code. She was adamant there should be a code. There was no code. Then she talked to another staff member and they were able to take off one of the entrees. She came back and asked for our card. No bill, no price, just wanted our credit card. She said, everyone just gives her their card. She wondered why would we possibly want to see a bill, she assured us that she took off the other entree without the code, basically did us a favor. We asked if she could at least tell us the amount we were putting on our credit card. She obliged. I expressed displeasure about not being able to see a bill, and indicated that was weird. She again assured us she took off the entree. That was not the point. We gave her the credit card. Then, she came back with a bill and our card as she finally understood it is not common to be asked to pay when you do not have a written bill for how much you are paying, we discussed this. We paid. She still did not seem to understand the reason someone might want to see a bill, and still seemed to think she was doing us a favor by accepting the BOGO coupon from Green's newsletter without a code... even though there was no code on the BOGO. Long story short, times are weird right now, we get that, dining out is weird right now, we get that too, but we will not be back.

Tried this place for the first time today, and I swear they're lying about this being vegan food. It's too good to be true. Cauliflower wings were on point, and the "vegan brownie" I don't believe is vegan at all lol. Too good to be true. It's sometimes har to get into vegan food because of the taste, but this place won me over completely. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Yes, its true! The food is amazing and the entire menu can be made vegan. My fiancé and I come eat here together at least once a week. The real reason we come back? The excellent service and complete menu/ingredient knowledge of our server, Jenna. She's been there every time we have been there and manages all hosting, serving and to-go orders- with a smile. We always have a great experience. Thanks Jenna! -Damaris and Mike

I love this place for it’s spicy “beef” salad and the fries are also very good. But...Dear Green Vegetarian, PLEASE don’t use spicy cheese on a kids grilled cheese! We ordered to go and when we ordered we were given a choice between diaya cheese or cashew cheese, and chose the cashew cheese. But we were not warned that the cashew cheese was spicy! Neither of my kids could eat their lunch and we were on a road trip so we had to stop and get them something else. It was very frustrating. Also, all of your cream sauces taste like vanilla and/or sweetened soy milk was used to make them. Whatever it is, there are much tastier vegan options for making creamy sauces.

The food is pretty good and I am really glad that it's certified kosher. The service is pretty hit or miss. There are weekly specials advertised on a mailing list, though the actual availability is unpredictable. If you like vegan or vegetarian versions of meat dishes, this is definitely the place.

Restaurant looked clean & people wore masks. I ordered via grub hub. There were about 4 people waiting shoulder to shoulder in the pick up area so that wasn't ideal for social distancing. I got asked my name 4x then glared at to wait & told to be patient twice. I was not patient! LolFrench fries- looked like they would have been great if fresh. Tasted really old & my toddler refused to eat them.Eggplant Parm-flavor was good but was mostly pasta w/ small amount of eggplant. The eggplant was mostly breading & really greasy.

Still one of the best places I've been for veggie food. Love the service, its always nice to have Maria bringing me my food. Very attentive. The food is awesome. Especially there Spicy Beef Salad. Love it. Reminds me of Korean barbecue at times .
