Food was good and reasonably priced. Our server was very attentive to our table. More of a casual vibe inside. Right downtown so of course there is metered street parking and parking garages. For our appetizer we ordered the focaccia that comes with honey ricotta and it was so delicious!

Phenomenal. The service, environment, cocktails, all of it was absolutely amazing. The food is on another level. I didn't think the next bite could be any better, the more things I tasted; the more I wanted to eat. It was absolutely mouthwatering. I wished I had better words. Houston is not always a fun trip with having treatment and medical appointments, but the Grotto was an excellent last minute decision. I will definitely be back!

I have to say the area I'm from has some great Italian spots, but this was next level. I tried just about all the appetizers and one was more amazing than the next. Great combination of flavors and flare. Wish I had one more day to try the pizza which looked amazing.

Very good small bites pasta and tenderloin skewers. Plenty of food in the small plates for the two of us who don't eat much. Service was a bit slow not because it was busy, but our server was not efficient in coming to table for refills or checking on us. Took a long time to get through service.
