Words aren't enough to describe how good this food was! I ordered the brown stew chicken with rice & peas with coco bread and a beef patty ( they made my beef patty fresh as well). Everything was fresh, flavorful and tasted homemade with lots of love and care. The portions were amazing; definitely enough to have leftovers. They are also very sweet and kind! They made my beef patty fresh when I called in my order because I sounded like I was about to cry when they said they were out lollll. You don't find many businesses that will go out of their way like that anymore so it was much appreciated! If you're looking for a good meal made by kinds hands this is the spot! They most definitely gained a loyal customers and I plan to bring as many people as I can!

Upon first glance, I thought I was in for a treat, but to my surprise, the box was filled with rice with little food on top of it. Shown in the pics.I feel deceived, to say the least.On top of that, roughly ¼-⅓ of my ? was bones.The flavor was good, and the texture was okay.Was it worth $18.67? NEVER.Now, if there was no rice under my goat and cabbage, then most definitely.I will return and try the smaller portion with NO rice and see how that turns out. Hopefully, it's worth the $14.I'm not sure if I can truly recommend it.Thought I had a winner ??♂️?

Unfortunately, the only thing I can say good about the this place is the portion size. Otherwise, everything else was terrible, from the rice and peas, “jerk chicken” which was old and dry, to the soggy plantain. They need to make some drastic changes.

Ordered via door dash hence it had one point more than another restaurant I previously ordered from. My plate was filled with rice to appear large. Instead you can count the amount of meat on the plate which I felt was a scam. Taste was good but I wouldn’t order again.

Yesterday was my first time visiting here and when I tell you this food was so good, it was amazing! The oxtails were perfectly seasoned and tender the meat easily fell off the bone, rice and cabbage also flavorful as well and I usually don't eat plantain but these were also very tasty as well. The nice man that took my order was very patient and provided me with more information about the menu and what they have to offer and the food came out so quick as well! I definitely plan on returning soon to try other menu items.

Had high hopes for this place, good portions, flavor was ok, not the best and the plantain were hard and stale. The trouble came about an hour later when we had food poisoning that night and the next 2 days. Won't be back.

Visiting from GA drove 45min from location and j*** chicken taste old and I’m upset because I’m too far out to go get it replaced. Veggie was the only fresh stuff on plate. I guess I came at wrong time

OK, so I'm talk texting because I have food poisoning and my stomach is in knots. I went off of the good reviews thinking the negative reviews were just negative Nancy's. I don't usually leave reviews but I'm hurt tht my ppl are still out here getting over on our ppl I paid 22.03 on oxtails that got me sick . The good reviews are all liars and or family who is used to this type of cooking ! 0-10 recommend and this is with love idk if they have a new cook but it was a older lady and male back there but the food was horrible like I really don't even know where to BEGAN ! Literally my card wouldn't slide ,had to drive down the street and come back to unlock my card tht was my first sign from God but I forced it and now I'm sick lastly this picture was taking after 2 people TRIED EATING ! Oxtails we're definitely old as well no flavor and insanitary !

I decided to try it his place again after my last visit over a year ago. They were always out of patties when I would call or stop by. Today they finally had them so I ordered 2 beef patties and they were horrible. They were puffed up, hard, and burnt. There was no flavor besides the burnt taste and a hint of spice. He'd have been better off saying that they were out of them. SMH...
