Stopped here for a breakfast sandwich, was about to take a bite and noticed they gave me a complimentary piece of hair sticking out the sandwich. When I returned it they didn’t even apologize or show any care about the 4inch long hair in the food. I won’t be stopping here again this place is dirty with terrible customer care. Do better!

Came here on Jack-in-the-Box 73rd anniversary and got a Jumbo Jack, a bacon Breakfast Jack and a sausage Breakfast Jack, and two tacos ??. I think the Jumbo Jack is too plain but it's still ok, could have added some ? or bacon ?. . Otherwise it was good and quiet just to sit in.

I order large fry didn’t get it called no answer. Went back today for a meal she gave me a half of a fry once again no answer except this time they answered and hung up several times. I called again no answer just ghetto.

I went to the drive thru and forgot to check the bags. I was very sad to get home and realize I had spent $31 to have egg rolls with no sauce, French toast sticks with no syrup, and jalapeño bites with no ranch. All we had was ketchup ? in all 3 bags. My husband and I got Jack in the box because we had not grocery shopped!! So sad. ?

Yesterday 3/3/24, I went through the DT. I ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger with no ketchup and heavy mayo plus 2 tacos. The ultimate is my favorite burger at JIB. They got my order right and that by far was the best Ultimate I’ve ever had from JIB. Great job to those on duty at 4pm.

Ghetto as hell. I’ve went thru drive thru twice & both times it took over an hour. Just now I ordered DoorDash and the dasher had to wait in the line for 30+ minutes just to be told somebody else already took it. Are the employees so lazy they can’t be bothered to ask a customer what the name is on a DoorDash??? Trash

The drive through cashier is really rude. Huge attitude, he seems mad at the world. Definitely needs to be fired.
The night manager very unfriendly and since when did not only this place but I've noticed ALOT OF fact food chains not wearing gloves yeah good for late night snack bit other better options if this unfriendly man at night is going to be cranky all the time smh ...other than that food is okay ?

There was a young girl behind the counter who claimed to be the manager of the store, and she was incredibly rude to me. All I said to her was that the shake was not on the mobile order, and she accused me of having an attitude and proceeded to say some nasty things. Had to leave, lost my appetite after that. On top of that, the food was soggy and gross when I got home. I’m so done with Jack in the box.
