I order 2 Double cheese Burgers got home and look in my bags I only had one when I paid for 2. Very upset. Had to go back in all that traffic, I'm hot, tired and hungry I had to drive back for my food!

Yesterday came at night was great service with two older ladies attending today came and they have awful service told me to wait on number two that is not empty so send my daughter to let them know they tell her she needs to wait for food so she comes out with drinks I tell her she needs to come in bc that is reason we did drive thru so she gets in with drinks a customer comes out tells us ur food is ready so I’m like what they send out customers to tell other customers and then a lady arguing her food hasn’t been done after 30 min waiting so is awful they have bad service lady has a bad attitude face looks upset the guy is nice he attended politely but they do have bad service not good at all also was being rushed while I placed the order is not good at all.

This is the best jack in the box I've been to hands down! Many locations have gone down hill but this one is ON IT. Front counter had about 7 orders done in 10 mins, super friendly staff, all my food was correct and super hot and fresh. Inside is the cleanest I've seen. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Kid-friendliness: Staff was all super polite to my daughter, dine in area is clean and uncluttered, clean tables so eating in.

Started off a good opening employees where so excited about the opening. Then in just a few weeks things ended up like every other location, horrible service. I order large combos cause my boys are big kids and I am always missing something. Or paid for large get small. I don't even order door dash for this location because our food is never delivered correctly.
