Just a bunch of teenagers working with no management, they choose when they want to work, and was waiting in the line for 45 minutes and I kept asking the lady can I order already and she's like one second until I pull up to the front and see her talking to somebody in the window for a whole hour straight like she should get fired , the worst experience I ever had by far!!!

STAY AWAY! Restroom is inaccessible. Food was poor quality and made me violently ill. Debit card was stolen by drive-through attendant. I got a fraud alert 4 hours later. When I spoke to the manager about the theft and hygiene issue, she didn't seem to care and did not even offer a refund. This place should be shut down.

Placed an online order. And they charged me online.When we get there, no one answers, we pull up to a window and there’s a handwritten sign that says I have to come back tomorrow to resolve my order and that they closed early. Most apps and restaurants will turn off their mobile ordering.The most problematic part is that when we drove around we saw workers hiding in the back.

Cancel the drive-thru at 1:30 in the morning. Place an order for three drinks to over 10 minutes to get there so needless to say, I just pulled off because take that long to make two iced coffees and a large fountain tree four customer service and don't know what they do back

Shady little part of town, but this location has very friendly staff!It took a while to get my food, and the taste was a little bit off but all in all not too bad.The place smells like backed up drain pipes, but this seems pretty common with Jack in the box. Locations that are not well kept.

The restroom smelled like sewer, the drink machine was out of order, the iindividual taking the order doesn't listen and took the order incorrectly. Definitely not coming back.

I visited this location back on 9/1. My receipt is time stamped at 10:38:24 AM. I was asked in the drive-thru to come inside because there was a problem with the drive-thru register. Okay, no problem so I park and go inside. I hadn't been inside this location in years (maybe since high school). And that's been many moons ago.Although, the restaurant was clean inside, I noticed a stale odor. This is my reason for the 2?? for atmosphere. I wouldn't want to dine in with that stale smell. It was pretty pungent so they might want to get to the root of where it's coming from, and fix it.But, on a good note the cashier was friendly and courteous. My food was made to order, making it hot, fresh, and delicious. This is usually my go-to location when I'm in the mood for Jack in the Box.Parking: I always use the drive-thru. But on this visit there was an issue with the drive-thru register, so I was asked to come inside. There was plenty available parking, as it wasn't too busy when I was there.

Ordered a breakfast meal, and they didn't have any coffee, so I asked to substitute for an orange juice, and they said I couldn't get it. I could get any other drink except an orange juice. SMH. It's BREAKFAST, GIVE ME AN ORANGE JUICE. Just sad!! I hate this location. They are lazy and never have anything that match.
