Worst experience ever in over ten years since I've been coming to this location. The fact I couldn't really speak my mind in drive thru is because I didn't want any "special sauce or seasonings" on my order. I ordered through the app and still had to wait at the speaker for a few minutes to acknowledge my order, then wait almost ten minutes to receive my order with cold items. Thanks for reminding me why I no longer like ordering fast food!

If I could give zero stars I would. Never come pass 1 am they will ALWAYS say they’re closed and can’t place any orders or their “ system is down “ when it’s a 24hr store. The employees will be asleep or just chilling at the tables talking when you pass by. I’d love to speak with the owner to let him/her know how often this happens and whom is working.

I pulled into the drive through and the person refused to serve me because he “clocked out” and was waiting on someone to cover his shift. I’m not upset with the employee in the store at the time, but I am upset due to the fact that this location is obviously very unorganized.P.S. I was incredibly hungry. The munchies was real.
