I have been to several locations and this one is the slowest location. I ordered 2 meat lovers burritos and they didn't put cheese on them. Skip this location and go to the location in the opposite direction.

Friendly staff. Young gentleman named Omar was very respectful and had great customer service. I appreciate that very much.
They canceled my online order and told me to contact them for further details, but it's only a recording, why would you tell someone to contact you and not have someone answering phones

Im so tired of the bad experience I have at this Jack in the box right here , and I’m not from here , to make a long story short , I get up this morning and realize I didn’t have coffee, do I walk right here by where I live to jack in the box 7: 10 am doors look I saw one lady sitting down on her phone and another behind the counter, so I pulled on the door again still lock nobody moved , so I walk to the window, I the girl looked at me like I disturbed her , she comes to the Winston’s me I need a car , I told her I just wanted coffe , she said , the cashier haven’t came to work , I said ok I’ll wait , at about 7:25 am this morning, a truck roll around , I’m on the phone trying to call cooperate, the Hispanic guy said hey , I didn’t pay him any attention, I was feeling like they treat me wrong I need to talk to someone, come to find out the girl called her dad up there , I only stood in front of the store trying to called cooperate or cashier come who ever first , I just wanted coffee , instead of giving me coffee, she called her dad up there well he said he was her dad , but anyway it’s 7 in the morning those doors should be open to the public, I’m not a homeless perso , I’m a 61 year old mother and grandma, I’m gonna Report this to cooperate , my feelings is hurt finally a manager csme and in front of her dad and the manager, she said that I can go somewhere else to get coffee , who do she think she is , the way the store is being ran . That’s just part of the story , but I felt compelled to speak up and out about this experience they know I’m not homeless by looking at me , They are Racist , I’m that store to Black peoples, and I’m gonna say something about . I don’t care who or what this happened today this morning, . I got to figure out how to contact Cooperate , they were wrong this is the second time this happened to me at that store for coffee , but those people went to far today 3 /16/2024 .I only wanted a large coffee.

I’ve been to alot of different Jack in the Box, and I have never felt compelled to write a review. But jeez the food was terrible. I had 3 tacos that couldn’t hold up straight and they folded over completely sideways ? HOW!?

Very clean and organized. Very friendly people working here. They can not control who comes in to eat. The drive thru is very busy. That's why I dinned in. Even though ther isn't a long wait for to go orders. I preferred to take our time to conversate and have a good meal.

The staff always seems to be friendly when I e gone here.
Every morning at 4am I stop before work to try and get breakfast bc it’s the only place open near me and of course they say the system is down. This is every morning. I’m not sure why this is okay for it to be down every day. Then y’all need to stay closed not have an open sign.

This location can't take orders correctly.. wants to blame the customers.. very unprofessional, tries to speak in Spanish as if the customers don't understand. I will never come to bring my family here again now our food is cold.
