Maybe they should have more than one employee capable of running the register. I had to walk out because the cashier was tied up with phone calls. Then another employee walks in and all he can do is apologize ? I'll remove this if things are better next time

I've never had a bad experience at this location. They are just uncharacteristically slow compared to other locations. At other Jimmy John's, the sandwich is ready by the time you walk from the register to the pickup window. Here, there is usually a wait.

Well I read some of the reviews and there not to good but my experience was wonderful, this was my 1st time here and I ❤ Jimmy Johns... it was clean and I was greeted by the same young man who took my order and fixed my sandwhich....he did exactly what I asked for....I'm pretty simple...I just add things and I want easy lettuce...I don't know if I was just really hungry or it was really so darn good...Nom Nom Nom...I will be back!

No need to panic, open up the Jimmy John's app and our malnutrition is already satisfied before Scott Hansen pulls up the quad box.For real though, best bread in the game. I like to have the sandwich canoe'd (it's a nice option that takes away calories, carbs and really let's the fine meats and nice crust of the bread shine through.There is really no way to go wrong here, it's all about personal preference on what deli meat you like. I've never had a bad sandwich, and always get exactly what I'm expecting.Stay well,---Mitchell

I love Jimmy John’s # 6 veggie. This place is worst Jimmy John’s location I have seen. They cutting cost I think by not adding avacado spread. It making sandwich taste different- bad. Plus they did not have bunch of chips flavors. It’s sad it’s close to my work and I cannot go again!

The worst JJ I have ever been to. My bread was dried out & hard on one side. Sandwich was made sloppy. They "don't make sweet tea" and chips options are limited. Staff is rude.

Horrible customer service. This location messed up the easiest sandwich and couldn't refund the money over the phone. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
