I would give 10/5 stars if I could to the employees working on 10/25/2023 at noon. The store was packed and they had many large orders to fill, but everyone handled it very well. My #9 was the best sandwich I've ever had from a Jimmy John's

Went by Jimmy John's today. We got to the store at 8:15 when it is clearly posted the store closes at 9. The lady would not open the door. She shood me away.

I ordered a sandwich with vinegar and oil, no mayo. They drenched it in COOKING OIL. The oil was dripping everywhere. I took one bite and got sick in my stomach. Never again.If you don't know the difference between cooking oil and olive oil, then maybe you should not be working in a restaurant that makes sandwiches.
