This is my second time ordering from location for delivery because it's the closest to my job and I'm never disappointed. I tend to go for tuna sandwiches so when I tried out the Jimmy John tuna sub, I was absolutely in love. The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is always quick, and the delivery drivers are always soo nice and friendly. I am going to continue ordering from here every chance I get when I work at this location nearby.

The food is good but they need more workers who actually work. There was only one person I saw making sandwiches and one working the drive through. I saw three others just wandering around. Won't go back here again because they are horribly slow

I typically don't write reviews but this Jimmy John's really need to step it's game up. It seems that I'll order from here and keep getting disappointed. This a great alternative for me to eat better and correct my health but when I get my food it looks thrown together.
Rude Lolita rude I asked what comes in chicken wrap nd she answered ND said it says right there rude bad customer service never going again I rather go to Subway first time there nd got over charge to receive bad nd rude attitude.

The dining area was closed I wanted to use restroom before ordering two sandwiches I then do drive thru and they hand me a clipboard with a pen that doesn't work to fill out the tip section..what a joke I'm not even dining in! the audacity of Jimmy John's to do this I also don't wana touch a dirty pen that's been passed around and I left feeling nervous because the pen didn't work and I worried employee would fill it in cuz it wasn't readable what I tried to write. It was an epic fail I rather go to Arby's they don't ask for tips. I only tip if I'm dining in and and they serve me food. Y'all are ridiculous

If i could give 0 stars i would. You cannot order inside, you have to wait in the drive through and it takes them 15 minutes just to get your order out. I had a pick-up order, they made me wait 15 minutes even though i ordered in advance, AND STILL managed to get my order wrong. DO NOT COME
