I ordered today, and my son had to go twice. They put someone else's name on my sandwich, and it was made wrong. Other than I'm sorry, we'll make you a new one. Then they shorted me a sprite that I paid 3 dollars. I called to let them know, and they told me there was no manager there and placed me on hold. I called, and they never answered again. They must have changed the manager because this had never happened before.

I asked for mayo and mustard but the bread was dry. Halfway thru the sandwich I realized the mayo and mustard were on the inside with the meat. Why do sandwich shops do this??? The bread is what's dry, not the meat. Putting the condiments on the meat vs the bread is so backwards to me. I don't think I'll ever understand this.

I order lunch from this location periodically. The food is always fresh. They get the order right (with customizations) and it’s typically very quick (per they’re advertising)Usually order the Club Lulu which is turkey and bacon. Always hits the spot when a sub is what I’m craving. Both the BBQ and Jalapeño chips are excellent.I’ve had the brownie a time or two and it was also good!Thanks for tasty food with prompt and friendly service!

I have been EXHAUSTED trying to get my feet under me now that school has started. With that said, I was too tired to cook or go and pick up food. A lot of the delivery apps are way too expensive on a teacher budget so I decided to order JJ's because they still deliver. Welp. I placed my order and less than 10 minutes later I got a phone call from an unknown number. I normally do not answer these calls but I was thinking oh no..JJ's doesn't have an ingredient or something. I was wrong. They were calling to say they were here and wanted to know how they could get to my apartment (gated community). Talk about freaky fast! Also, the wrap I ordered was SO good and the woman who delivered the food was really kind and friendly! Thank you! Yall are awesome!

I called at 2:36 for a delivery 50 minutes later still no delivery so I called he said she has five other orders to deliver as well why did he not say that to me I called again this time I asked him to cancel my order because it is taking too long to get here and to please credit my card back hopefully he will do that I will know in a day or two if he did I used to love to order from here because they would always bring it to us pretty fast we’re just right behind them not even five minutes away but this is been happening a lot and by the complaints that I see online it seems to be getting worse I guess they change management or something God bless them. I hope they get their act together and I hope I get my money back or I will be back online again.

I ordered from the app at 5:21 pm today. After an hour and a half I still dont have my sandwich. I call them and the delivery person lost my order! I paid 20 bucks including tip for nothing. They did not offer a solution besides a refund after an hour and a half of waiting. Worst experience ever.

Me and my wife stopped in yesterday at the south freeway location off of 59We first was told that there Internet service was down so we left and went to the ATM came backFirstI noticed was this female kept pulling on her clothes with her gloves on still didn't change themSecondOne dude playing with my bread with a torn glove on and gloves nastyThe manager asked them to change there gloves he reluctantly did the the other man just stood there with the same damn gloves onSo I said cancel the whole order ain't no way in hell I would've ate there they are beyond nastyEVERY TIME YALL GO TO FIX THE NEXT CUSTOMER ORDER YOUR GLOVES SHOULD BE CHANGEDPLZ DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATIONBut I will say the manager was alright just get ur lil nasty team together

It's 7:28pm.My power has been out for four hours. There is not a single electrolyte left in my body. All I have been doing all day is sleeping, and sweating.My boyfriend has just returned from and arduous seven hours of travel. His vision is screwed up from staring at hours of brake lights.Both of us are starving.7:49pm.He acknowledges the time, and then the hours of the store (they close at 8pm), and we absolutely book it over there. I am normally a cautious driver. Tonight, I was not a cautious driver.Now it's 7:58."There's no one in there," I say."Just go in, let's just go up to the door," he urges. He is desperate, and I am white-knuckling the steering wheel out of anxiety."Look, he's wiping the counters down. Everything is put away.They're gonna hate us."My boyfriend is not sympathetic to my worries. He is hungry, and he gets out of the car and heads towards the store. I follow him close, because I, too, was that hungry.We poke our heads in, and ask the two employees (who are clearly wrapping up their closing routine) if they are open. And they wave us in with no hesitation. They were happy we stopped in. And I was so happy too.I had so overwhelmed myself with my imagined scenario of having to maliciously confront these store employees, that I only had a fraction of my brainpower left to decide which sandwich I wanted. I let my boyfriend order first, to buy me some time. Too many good choices. But, why should I care? It smelled so good in there. All of the sandwiches should be good. I chose a random number: thirteen. A Cubano. Magnificent. Make it a combo. I spent way too much time choosing and regretting and changing my additional toppings (even as my sandwich was being built). The woman taking my order was patient and helpful. And everything was accurate. And the ingredients were layered HEAVILY. It was amazing. I have never seen such complete pickle coverage in my life. I wish I would've documented it, but my hunger prevailed, and there is no evidence left.Very satisfied. Five Stars.

I enjoy Jimmy John's but this has to be the single hand worst experience I've ever had. Ordered 6/21/23 at 11:27a online for delivery. Here's the order number 19149990747471877. Anyhow both sandwiches lacked meat and didn't look like your typical Jimmy John's sandwich and on top of the that. The sandwich my brother received, The Pepe sent him to the bathroom immediately after eating it. Not sure I'd order from this location again.
