Horrible customer service. Valerie does NOT like to work and shouldn’t be in customer service. Called 3 times to put in an order for a smoothie since I was right next door she hung up on me the first time the second time put me on hold again and finally the third time I called before she could put me on hold I told her I’ve been holding long enough she proceeds to take a deep annoyed breath and says “can you hold for like 2 seconds”. At that point don’t worry about it, that was ridiculous.

The customer service here is not good. If you’re going to mess up on an order, don’t give dirty looks if it’s your fault.

Love the acai bowls, juices, and smoothies here! I've had many different things on the menu, everything is always freshly made and delicious. Service is always great as the staff are very nice, helpful, and make everything quickly. Also very clean placeDietary restrictions: Everything can be customized with a lot of alternatives and options, ex - vegan, dairy free, etc,.

I always leave this small juice shop with a big smile on my face. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to make me feel welcome. My recent visit was particularly amazing. Unfortunately, they had run out of my beloved CURE fresh pressed juice. However, the associate kindly offered to prepare a fresh batch just for me and even suggested making extra for me to take home. They truly excel in offering high-quality compressed juices, dairy-free smoothies, and lattes. Oh, and let's not forget about their delicious açai bowls! They're my absolute favorite!

I use to frequent this place often and spent hundreds of dollars eating out at this place, the quality and price were just right and now they’re overpriced and quality is awful, not to mention the customer service is subpar now. I get that things go up in price but quality shouldn’t be cut back and customer service can make up for any price increase.

We frequent this place. Bowls are good. Service is almost always slow. Always understaffed. No good online ordering system. If you try to call in an order, typically no one answers or you are put on an indefinite hold. Needs better management.

Come here all the time. The last time I was in I got the wrong bowl and inquired about it when I came in the following week. The lady at the counter (not the main one-she's super sweet) was dismissive and didn't care at all. I cashed out my 200 points for one more bowl but won't be back. If I get the wrong order and ask about it I'd expect you not to be rude about it. I wasn't even asking for a refund. Geez. Also always takes a long time.

Great first experience, will definitely be back! You can taste the raw and fresh ingredients in every sip. Customer service was exceptional.

Love the açaí and pitaya bowls here! I am able to choose between cup to go or bowl to go.Price is $10.99 for 5-6 inch bowl with thick açaí or pitaya base, mixed with fruit, mixed with coconut juice, and topped with granola, strawberries, coconut chips, and honey drizzle (usually my mix). You have a sheet with choices that you select, and it will take 10-15 minutes for the employees to create your bowls/cups.Between a tall Starbucks cup that runs over $6.00 and this açaí (or pitaya) bowl, I'd rather pay the extra for the health benefits. Most of the time, the cashiers are super friendly, but I've been to this place and have met, twice, one particular cashier who was not friendly, as she was very dry and curt in her replies to my questions about the choices. One cashier writes a note for you on the cover: Be happy Cirrus! :)It makes me smile when I pick up my order to go

Best açai bowls in the country! I can say this with extreme confidence.

1. The setup is NOT child friendly. Given the location it absolutely should be. Only tall bar height tables with tall backless bar stools inside, the only standard height table with chairs was outside. I have a small child that physically couldn't sit at the bar tables. This was VERY frustrating given the summer heat and the price paid for a smoothie bowl only to have it rapidly melt while we sweat. I expected to be ABLE to eat inside in the AC store. 2. There are MANY wasps swirling around the front door and windows above these outdoor tables. 3. There are no smaller portioned child friendly menu options. 4. The setup is scattered feeling inefficient. The juices are on display but you have to match the name to the ingredients on the board which is behind the bar. Recommend putting the ingredient list next to each juice in display. 5. Overpriced. The smoothie bowl is overpriced by several dollars when comparing same ingredients to other quality juice bars such as Juiceland etc. At closer examination the juices are organic WHEN AVAILABLE and local WHEN AVAILABLE which makes the quality questionable and hard to justify the TEN dollars for the juice! All of this combined left me feeling so frustrated, ripped off, and not at all inclined to come back.

I left feeling very underwhelmed with this place. First, when I arrived, they had absolutely no order when it came to placing an order. Three people were ahead of me (two young ladies and another woman my age). It was very obvious that the two young ladies had cut in front of the other woman because she tried going up to the counter before each of them placed their order and was unacknowledged by the cashier. When they were finished, she looked at me like "Can I order?" which of course, I let her because she was in line before me. When it was my turn, I was not greeted or given any sort of pleasantry. I ordered a Choco Loco, which I was really excited about. When I got my smoothie, I was disappointed because it was way to thick to even drink with the straw that was provided. Not only that, it had not pieces but big chunks of coconut (that I had to chew in order not to choke) before I could even swallow. I'm not against coconut, but when you order a smoothie, you don't expect to have to chew each sip. I really wanted to like and enjoy my experience but this was not it.

Best green monkey smoothie and quick fix I’ve had since first visiting this place, made by Shelsley.
