Wow wow wow, I haven’t seen much more options other than seafood near this location. But this restaurant is serving amazing high quality food. Me and my wife got Sulatani and got impressed. Only little downside for me mint was too much in ayran. Otherwise, all great and I love complimentary breads!!! Thanks for serving amazing food.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Got the wrong order. Called told them. I said maybe there was a mix up on the delivery end but not sure. The response was I don’t know and he hung up. The food I received was some dried out chicken barg. I have ordered from them 7 times. Today was the last time. Really disgusted with the reply and this hard dry rubbery chicken. So much for customer care.

from start you enter a very warm and beautiful Persian design area and then treated by welcoming and kind staff. Right after few minutes you receive a very tasty, crispy and delicious bread which reminded me of my home country. Right after finishing the bread, cheese, fragnant herbs they serve you with another warm bread. Then my order which was baghali polo and lamb shank rocked from aroma, flavor and texture stand point. All I can say to wrap it all, come here as you will not regret. Price so grear for time we are living in with all prices sky high.

We dined here for the first time. The service was prompt and friendly and the food was very good. We really enjoyed the fresh bread. I ordered the vegetarian plate and I’d like to go back and try a meat entree. A very nice place to have in the neighborhood in order to get a quick bite to eat. We will be back.

Somebody who loves this restaurant recommended it to us. The staff is very nice, the courtesy bread is made fresh and delicious. The marinated lamb is really good. Unfortunately, the rice that comes with it is super dry. It has no gravy at all. The rest of the food we tried was very well prepared.

Be careful he steal your money without letting you know, came last week pay my bill of $109 service was very bad then I left. After three days later he charged me $125. When I call he told me “this is America and I change the tip whatever I want”. So I told I’m gonna report it to the credit card company, then he immediately refund my money. Customers who’s visiting there, please make sure to check your bills your bank.Vegetarian options: They charge you extra even the menu say vegetable comes with the food. When I ask about it, he said the menus are old didn’t change it so it’s going to be additional charge.

How this restaurant survived 2 decades is a big mystery to me, because there's no way with the quality of their food and the service they can stay in business for this long, unless they're being supported by some sort of an organization!1. They haven't even trained their staff and the server did not understand the English or Persian words for the regular stuff one would ask in a Persian restaurant.2. Their yogurt drink (doogh) is so watered down, you barely get a taste of yogurt! It felt like I was drinking flavored tap water3. Their tzaziki (mast khiar) had frozen chunks of cucumber in it, something I've never seen before.4. Their kashke bademjan was sour and tasted like it had a lot of pomegranate paste in it. They should look up a recipe for the dish.5. The cheese they bring with bread was 2 super small cubes. Would be preferable if they don't even bring that.6. Their barg did not taste right, easily the worst barg I've ever had.7. They gotta buy their rice from the cheapest place. As other reviewers mentioned, their rice is bottom of the barrel bad. Smelled like chemicals and tasted really bad.8. Their chicken kebab (joojeh) was not cooked. I showed the server the raw pieces and she apologized and took the dish back to kitchen to cook more. But immediately the short guy who claimed to be owner brought the dish back and started yelling at me and asking me what is wrong with it. I politely asked him to bring back the check, but he insisted on harassing me and asking for an explanation. That guy was the rudest person I've ever interacted with in Houston. I don't know what his problem is, but him and I both know the quality of the food he serves customers. He should be ashamed of himself for running such a business and treating his customers like this. There are parts of the world his behavior would be accepted, but he hasn't understood yet that Houston is not oneif those places.Stay as far away as you can from this terrible place unless you want your day ruined and get scammed out of a lot of money and leave the place hungry.
