The chicken was great like always. Missed the Mac and cheeze, and the coleslaw looked like it was a drink, it was more watery than actual cabbage and lettuce. It would have been great if they asked us about adding sauces when we placed the order instead of us remembering and asking after we received the order.

I had a very disappointing experience with this KFC location. I initially ordered food online, but it was never delivered. When I tried calling them for a resolution, my call was abruptly disconnected and my request for a refund went unacknowledged. Hoping for better luck, I visited the store in person and placed another order, only to find that they charged me for Mac & Cheese but failed to include it in my meal. The service here seems to be managed poorly, and the staff's handling of situations is far from satisfactory. I am left with no choice but to advise others to avoid this location due to its subpar service and reliability issues. I definitely won't be returning.

I bought a bucket of chicken 16 pieces. The whole chicken is dry, cooked in the morning but warmed up in oil many times. It is impossible to eat. I really regret that we went there and ordered food. Almost everything was thrown into the trash because it is impossible to eat.
Inside has one and off days where ac works. Bathroom sinks look like they about to fall off. No one at front when going in yall probably need to pay your employees more to have better customer service overall business want money to them selfs and rather not pay employees! They need robots working in front while employees cook food seems like a better option in 2023!

So, I get the DEALS on the App!!! Well worth it! ;) $10/ 8 pc dark or white..$10/ box of tenders...Goes to feed family with sides i make at home! Service is great! They are spot on! Ambiance is great! I am usually outside when the children are asleep in the car but there is a parking space to do quick pick up.
