The chicken that we got was very flavorful and moist not dry, finger licking good really does describe it. We used the Tuesday special for the buckets of chicken and that makes it a very good value, barely more than buying raw chicken and so much easier.

Today, Wife & Me Went To KFC For Their $20 Family Special. We Went Through Drive Thru & It Was So Dark You Could Barely See Anything On Their Menu So We Struggled Just To Order. The Rep Who Was Taking The Order Would Barely Hear Or Listen To Us. His Attitude Was Horrible Like We Were Bothering Him. We Explained It Was Dark & Not Much Light & Nothing Changed. He Took Our Order But Didn't Want To Tell Us About $20 Family Special So That We Could Know More Info Since It Was Dark & Barely See Anything. When We Got To Drive Thru Window It Was A ln Adult Black Male & Was Telling Us Our Order But Would Not Give Us A Chance To Tell Him Anything. He Yelled At Someone Really Ugly & Said Can Yall Just Drive Up & I Bring Yall Order To Yall & He Slammed The Drive Thru Window & Yelled At Whoever It Was. There Was No Other Vehicle Behind Us But We Pulled Up Like He Said. About 5 Minutes Later He Brought Us Our Food In A Bad Mood & Walked Off & Didn't Even Give Us Our Receipt & Still Yelling At Someone.Our Food Seemed Hot & Fresh & Only Live 5 Minutes Away & When We Got Home To Sit At Our Table Our Food Was Cold & Some Warm. The Bag That Carried Our Food Was Hot Instead Of Our Food.Chicken Was Cold, Fries Were Old & Warm, Biscuits Were Hard, Mac & Cheese Warm, No Napkins & The Food Was Just Dumped Into Bag With Fries Not Even In Their Location.This KFC Is The Most Horrible KFC We Had Ever Been Too & The Black Male Rep Was Extremely In Bad Shape & In My Opinion Not The Rep That Should Be Working For KFC At All.Very Bad Experience Today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Dj Nando & Wife Did Not Approve

Gave this location 2 chances. First time my chicken was undercooked and still had uncooked raw battered fat on every piece. I was in a hurry going to work so I threw the whole meal away. Second time the chicken was rubbery and the skin tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for hours. I was warned not to come here by other Kingwood neighbors.

Theirs has redefined the worst for me; not even the cheapest, mankiest dollar store mash was as bad as this was.The fried chicken pieces were as KFC always is; okay but not as good as competitors. The nuggets were excellent though, probably my favourite nuggets yet.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE REVIEW BEFORE COMING!!! I visited this location today just to be greeted with nothing but attitude. The manager, Magda (old fat Hispanic lady) was horrible and didn’t even let me get my order out!!! I pulled around and went inside to see just who was behind the microphone…when I asked the other employees who the manager was, they just stared as if they seen a ghost…so sad!!! Definitely will not be back…Not worth your time or money.

I pulled around to the window to check who she thought she was talking to and she got scared and threatened to call the cops. Second later I found out she was the manager….this is sad!!! She need a to fix her attitude and watch her mouth. ESPECIALLY TALKING TO ME!!!
