Went here this evening 3/19/24. Ordered family meal dark meat, did not have even an 8 piece chicken ready. Waited 15 minutes for that, got drink drink incorrect, food incorrect, all white meat when I asked for all dark meat, only got one of my sides and didn’t realize any of this until I made it home. When I came back, The girl who screwed it all up, Stephanie, was not willing to exchange the chicken but said she would get me my side of potatoes, I said no I want a refund. She said no refunds. I said no refunds? She said yes. I said let me speak with your manager. Manager clearly unwillingly provided refund. I asked manager twice what the young lady, Stephanie’s name is, which she kept IGNORING me. Stephanie ignored me as well after repeatedly asking. Everyone here should be fired, and I’m reporting this location to KFC corporate, your reviews are low and I’m clearly not the only person who has had a poor experience. Whoever the franchise owner is, get ready to hear from KFC!, because I’m not letting this one go! You do not represent the kfc brand properly, owner, manager, everyone down. Embarrassing!

Came here today after not having KFC for several years. I got the 3 piece chicken meal with two sides (mashed potatoes and mac n cheese) and also a side of gravy to dip my chicken. I just wanna say:1) The chicken they served me was OLD! The skin was very chewy and stale. It was hard to chew and wasn’t crunchy. Took me forever to chew it down, almost like gum.2) The chicken was tasteless. KFC’s chicken used to have such a unique, distinguished seasoning that tasted so good. You could easily distinguish it from any other fast food chain’s chicken but the chicken I had today tasted like they didn’t even add a lick of salt!3) The mash potatoes were tasteless4) The mac n cheese was absolute trash. Horrible and (you guessed it) tasteless!5) Their gravy tasted like water! Not lick of seasoning. I was better off using hot sauce for my chicken6) The lady that took my order gave subpar service. I told her what I wanted, paid, and stood there waiting for her to give me the receipt. She just walked off to the back and left me standing there. She didn’t give me my receipt, she didn’t tell me my food would be right out, just nothing. As soon as I tapped my card to pay, she just walked off. For all she knows, my card could’ve declined and she would have never known. Just trash service.Overall, the restaurant inside was very dead and the food here was absolutely disgusting and I think this experience today might’ve single handedly made me decide to never ever have KFC again. The food (and service) was so gross.

The staff here is rude and unprofessional.. they will literally ignore you and act like you’re not standing at the register waiting to order. Oh and I’m pretty sure carrying around newborn baby in the kitchen while fixing food is not apart of the health code nor is it safe.

I was quite surprised of food quality. Ordered 2 pieces combo. Got regular option unfortunately. Chicken was unpleasing and taste is awful. Breading is soaking badly.Overall, Oily and greasy . Fries were cold already. Awful experience and Not worth to try.

The food isn't very good, chicken wasn't crispy, and it takes a very long time when my family (3 people) was the only people there.
This place is horrible.Too many kids working there that don't care.All of them always make you wait before they acknowledge your existence. They will see you standing there waiting to order and continue playing on their phones or joking around each other.The food is good one day. The next day is horrible.Will never eat there again.

The drive thru lady had an attitude just because I wanted more than one thing. The cashier didn't give me my receipt. Not only was the order wrong, but it looked unappetizing af. Get it together kfc. Stop hiring people with attitudes. You can't train a nice personality.

I just got my order today and everything is old! it looks like it would have been rotten in only a few hours. everything looks old, the gravy was congealed. It looked so gross i gave it to my rottweiler. What da heck??
