You guys need to improve this establishment ;homeless people come in to get sodas it is gross also need to speed up the process when giving the people their food worst experience ever lady was sassy with us about our food took long the woman also lied about our food being ready in matter of minutes I hope you show this to you manager you guys need more workers or either close this place

At this particular location there is a more higher price than the one that's on OST I can get a 5-piece for $7.99 on and on Cullen it cost me $10.60 for a 4 piece and some change I just didn't understand it based on location there are different principles for different locations it shouldn't be that way it took a long time for me to get my order and I don't know if the staff didn't have enough people to work but it was very slow but I don't think I will go there any more.

It is really getting to be ridiculous every time you order something they never get your order right I ordered a four piece crispy and got home and it was a four piece original. This is not the first time this has happened. I have never complained about this before but when I’m spending my money, I just want what I ordered for my money that’s it nothing more nothing less I hope this reach the right people This needs to stop.

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! THE LIGHTSKIN LADY WHO WORK THE FRONT REGISTER WAS VERY RUDE, screamed in my face the whole entire time. Didn't give me the right order! & to finish it off, THE FOOD LITERALLY GAVE ME FOOD POISONING! I COULD’VE DIED I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN!

The gentleman working at 2:30. Tall bearded. Let me just not mention the race since it’s going to be a good old narcissistic turn the page on me thing. I have prostrate cancer stage 2. I have to use the restroom. Sometimes. In urgency. Well I stopped to get my usual shake. Mind you I am from Katy and was only driving in this area. Well. I enter and the door was locked. I waited. Thinking someone was in the restroom. The gentleman working in there comes out and puts his key in I’m assuming that he is letting me in. Then he screams excuse me. I am like I wanted to use the restroom please: Restrooms are for customers only and goes to the restroom. And slams the door. You know it is the law for every establishment to have a functional restroom for customers. Mind you I am not from this area. So I was not there everyday prior to this event. Trying to use their state of the art restrooms. In my opinion. The gentleman biased me being the 711 customer service guy and thought he could get at me by discriminating. I have worked jobs like these in my days and never have I ever said no to a new face I saw asking for restroom. Well with a full bladder. I assumed I can go somewhere else and also enjoy their food. I’m like not walking to this location again. I can only wonder how my shake would be shaked no pun intended. I am just grossed out. I think the gentleman needs sensitivity training. As a gay Muslim. I am very ashamed for the BLM. Rights I have supported and this is what I get. What is America becoming. I have had similar incidents in this side of town before and I can only wish and pray.

Troieniecia the drive thru cashier was the only pleasant employee during my 8 minutes of waiting for the others to complete their duties. If a person is inconvenienced and made to pay then is told there is a 10 minute wait can you scoot up; can I get a bigger beverage Troieniecia asks the manager he says no well no I can't scoot up and save your performances time. I asked for his name as he posed as a management he refused to give his name, whereas a real manager would have given their name and corporates number if they were right wrong and indifferent. I should have known it was a horrible establishment when nobody is in their lot nobody in the drive thru during peak hours...only 2 cars and I can guarantee they both were employees vehicles.MY RECOMMENDATION IS THAT YOU CLEAN HOUSE GET A NEW TEAM OF STAFF THATS EAGER AND WILLING TO SLING CHICKEN AND NOT JUST RIDE THE CLOCK LIE AND BAMBOOZLE CUSTOMERS BY GIVING LONG WAIT TIMES. NOBODY WAS PROFESSIONAL WHOM I CAME IN CONTACT WITH UNTUCKED SHIRTS UNKEPT CORNROWS DIRTY PANTS BUT YOU'RE A MANAGER....OK BOSSMAN
I would like to thank Ms. Green for going above and beyond making my order satisfying. My family greatly appreciated the fresh food and amazing service. We will most definitely visit this KFC again. Thank you Ms
