What a poorly run dump. 6 employees standing around doing nothing and a line 8 people deep at 'Customer Service'- the irony isn't lost on me.

Misleading with hours of the business center I get off work kinda late today I tried to go pay my rent at 7:22 pm with Ones person ahead of me and the lady said she couldn't help me that she was closed but the business hours say they close at 8pm !!!

Able to find all items needed for our shopping trip but, wow things have really increased in prices compared to my usual trips to HEB and Randals.Kroger was quite reasonable for awhile and with perks for shopping for gas points is always a plus.Parking was plentiful.Security: non-existent compared to other places Return: possibly

Honestly, although the Kroger itself wasn't bad the only thing that was negative was the customer service. The girl was quite rude. We were buying beers and one of the workers asked for an ID. We showed her the ID but said the person who touched the beers into the machine has to be the one to show it? it's very illogical and she had common sense what's so ever. Alcohol has more security than firearms I presume

This is not a good Kroger at all. Looks nice. But it's tiny and the customer service is horrendous! The employees are so disrespectful. Especially this gentleman working at self checkout. He abandoned his post wasn't there to assist me. And after I made my purchase he finally shows up and accuses me of STEALING!!! What??? First YOU leave and I'm the thief?? He took my receipt and even went through my stuff. I was highly offended. Will need a manager. Because this is unbelievable behavior. I didn't get one because this took place late at night. But it was not a good experience for anyone involved.
