Only one checker and ZERO baggers! They never have enough help in this store. It's always full of expired goods as well.

This is the worst kroger ive ever shopped at the karts are never pushed in their stockers are slow and every 1 or 2 weeks the stuff i want is out of stock still or never in stock where i have to make another trip to walmart across the street which sucks id rather shop at walmart than to shop at kroger for now on because walmart is always on top of stocking not this Kroger this one should be shut down and replaced or new managment because their managment is poor.

The staff here is amazing! Dr Tan and Moore were so nice and helpful. I called over the phone and usually pharmacies are really busy and the person on the phone could care less and just wants to get off the phone, but they searched all the Kroger's in my area, pulled up my profile and made sure I was able to get my prescription all with the most friendly attitude. Then when we arrive to get the prescription they were just as welcoming and make you feel like they care and enjoy helping others. 10/10 service. Highly recommend!

This krogers is dirty. The groceries are ehh. Especially the produce section. I rather drive across town to another krogers or just go to Walmart on Eldridge.

Google says they close at 12midnite. These lazy workers close shop like 20mins early. Not an issue for many of yall but I work nights and have a hard time getting groceries after work. So it really sucks when you drive 20mins away from home just to find out the store is closed.

The pharmacy staff Anne and Stephen are awesome and an asset to this store first off. They are the only reason why I continue doing business there. The reason for the 1 Star is lack of product selection and continual de-contenting of the store as compared to the Jones Rd store which is much better. One more year of de-contenting this store and they could move into a 7-11 ! Lack of selection and SLOW restocking.

I had had a four star review because this store was so awesome with curbside pick up until they got a different manager named Jonathan who is unprofessional and shows very poor leader ship skills. He abandoned his employees to hide from an issue. I was waiting for my order for almost 45 minutes and when I called to see what the hold was he told me I was wasting his time and that he himself had two infants as well among other things! When I reported the problem to his higher up I was lied to because they did nothing. Jonathan has no business being in charge of anyone because you are supposed to be in example. If every employee acted like him nobody would shop here ever.

This has to be the worst ran Kroger in life. The cashiers are the worst... I had to listen to Jettera talk to the bagger about how she's going to cook him dinner. Then she was highly upset I wanted my two litters in the bags. Just avoid this store at all cost

I am so disappointed in this place now. I went there the other day and bought groceries. And this morning I got a poptart ate half of one and noticed it had mold on it! Well on the other one. The one I ate idk if it had mold on it or not, so who knows if I ate mold. I want to throw up. And I better not get sick either!

food is always expired. just threw put a brand new day old loaf of bread because it had wheat beetles in it already. never going back. rather drive the extra 5 miles to the HEB off spring and eldridge than go here, and this store is literally within walking distance

They don't sanitize shopping carts and don't let you know that. I had to specifically ask an employee, who seemed surprised that I would expect them to. The clearance meat is disgusting, they leave one tiny teenage girl alone to close, the meat case was dripping water. The manager here is clearly incompetent; every other Kroger I go to is fine.

I'm not in the habit of dropping reviews for groceries, but during this pandemic it's worth noting that the staff here take extra precautions for safety. There is a dedicated employee to wipe down and disinfect shopping carts and the staff wear masks. They are usually well stocked (especially early in the day) and they have curbside pickup available with online ordering, After the pandemic quiets down, I'll continue shopping here!

I really can't find store hours on this page and at the entrance of this Kroger's store located at Eldridge Town Center. Because there are 2 Kroger stores in the area, I just don't want to post my review on the wrong page. The reason I came here was because I was hungry after got rushed out next from Kohl's store next door. I felt like I need to hurry shopping here too. I don't like the routine at grocery stores where they dimmed the lights near closing time. Not sure if it was because of holidays, the store was not lit well at 10:45 and this store opens till midnight. I don't know about you but when I shop with less lights, I tend to read the labels wrong. "Wait, I don't want 5 lb of meat." I would come back if I happen to be around FM 1960 area. Otherwise, I'll go to Jones Road Kroger store.

Best gooey but not too sweet apple fritter ever! The grocery store is fine, but somebody purchased the apple fritters and shared ... wow!
