Was quite disappointed with the service provided here today. They had a long list of items that were unavailable and the barista was not very friendly or helpful. The teas that we got were decent with enough boba and flavor. The restaurant itself was a little messy with trash cans overflowing and spills on the countertop. It seems like there was only one person working, which may be why things were in disarray. She seemed a bit overwhelmed.

IT'S SHOWTIME They currently have a Kung Fu Tea X Nintendo collaboration going on to commemorate their new Princess Beach Showtime! that just released on 3/22. You must order one of the drinks on the poster to have the cups (both sizes) with the design on them. They also include a Princess Peach crown boba straw topper. The canned drink is also a part of the collab. Overall there was only one person working but they were able to hold down the fort and was great. I'd recommend anyone who is a fan of their drinks, Nintendo, or both to stop by. If not able to stop by anytime soon, they do this frequency because I remember they did something similar for the Pikmin 4 release as well.

Ordered an oolong milk tea with boba. The boba was good, but the milk tea was diluted. We also ordered an almond milk tea. Even worse than the oolong. Literally tasted like water and a hint of almond.Safe yourself a trip and go to 85 next door or drive to Chinatown.

The girl was nice and the drinks tasted OK, but the place is filthy. Like another reviewer complained of, junk everywhere, dirty pitchers in the sink, all of the equipment has spills on them and look like nobody ever cleans them.

My girl like this location for tea she thinks they make it better than the location near us we work close by so stop by often but on Fridays I think this person only works weekends I don't see her during the weekday. She is really rude and seems like she do not want to work. Makes comments like they are here again. The owner of this location should really teach their servers to be more customer friendly. Just lost me as a customer.

Opening hours say it opens at 11am. But I've been sitting here for an hour waiting for the employee to open the store. Its 12:04pm and it's still not open.

Came to visit while grocery shopping at 99 Ranch. This store is located inside where the food court area is, when you walk in to the store take a right and it will be caddy corner from LA Crawfish. As soon as you walk up, you will notice all kinds of random items on the counter making it look so tacky and dirty. Crew was friendly and efficient though.

Wow! I just ordered some milk tea off Door Dash and it's the best I've ever had! I can't wait to try all the others!

I'm in the parking lot writing this because I'm so upset. I ordered a drink here at about 6:25. I understand they close at 7pm ,but there should be zero reason why it's so dirty in here. There were half opened boxes, the glass case has stains all over it including what looked like a spilled drink. The front desk where you pay was sticky. There were dirty milky containers in the sink, everything looked as if it hadn't been wiped or scrubbed down in weeks. The floor was nasty, there were books and other unrelated stuff on the counters. It is too junky and nasty for you all to be serving food. If you close at 7, you should wait until 7 to start pulling everything out. I will never come to this kungfu tea again.

A good place for asian style drinks with reasonable price

Located inside the 99 Ranch market is this franchised, boba place adjacent to the food court. If you find yourself dying of thirst while you're grocery shopping get in line for your Thai Iced Tea or Milk tea and you'll be ready to hit the aisles. PRO TIP: Order any drink here before heading to the 99 Ranch food court as there are no fountain drinks

*Located inside 99 Ranch* Yum! Really enjoyed the milk tea here. I tried the Kung Fu Milk Tea with tapioca and my boyfriend had the Taro Milk Green Tea with mango popping bubbles. Both were delicious. Friendly and fast service. Lots of tasty-sounding options to choose from. Can't wait to return!

The boba was over cooked..and goopy I couldn't even finish my drink. Other than that the service was good.

It was ok, service was sub par and my drink had no carbonation.
