I went for breakfast and really enjoyed my croissant sandwich and coffee. I also really like how this location supports our community by allowing the chess club to hold their meetings there! Will definitely try to stop more often to eat here.

I have always loved la Madelaine, it just a "go to" for my children and I and has been for many years. Yesterday my daughter and I went to pick up some quick to go food from there and I ordered my favorite thing, Chicken la Madeleine. The only edible items in my entire box was the rice and the broccoli. The chicken is not what is used to be or at least it was not yesterday. It was definitely not real chicken. It had a horrible processed and weird taste/smell to it and crumbled in my fingers like tuna, it even had a strange color in some areas. I wouldn't even give it to my dog. I used to love it here but I hope they are not beginning to go downhill and offer subpar food and compromise quality because that was a waste of money and should not have been served. I may try again in the future just because I always loved la Madeleine and it makes me sad to have to mark this place off my list.

I could not be more disappointed with La Madeleine these days. Last week I ordered DoorDash and the meal I usually order was terrible. I thought, “OK, it happens sometimes”. I decided to try again so tonight I decided to carry out, and it was another terrible experience. My wife picked up the order on her way home and it was very incomplete. I was missing 4 items in the order, kids food, kids drink, cookies(highlighted by them so I assume they were out) and utensils. ALL items were listed on the receipt, 4 were missing. They did not say a word to my wife and she thought they were rude. Then the kicker of the night, for which will I never go back: halfway through my meal, there was a long brown hair in my food down at the bottom. I am bald, so not mine. I am so done with this place, after 9 years. What a tragedy this place has become.

I was a little disappointed with the food for the price. It looked rushed but it was still good. The staff is amazing and the wait time was reasonable

Food is consistent, comforting and fairly processed. Every visit we've found the staff to be helpful, kind and patient. It's a solid performer, really wish they'd take over the lease of adjacent business if the opportunity arises and expand the dining room. The only big con one they can't control and that's the entitled and inconsiderate patrons that frequent, the after church crowd is the worst.

Food is excellent as always, but since my last Uber order a year ago the prices have gone up about 33% and the portion sizes have gone down about 33-50%. I know costs have gone up but most other restaurants seem to have handled the disastrous economy by either charging consumers more or reducing portions, not both.
