Overall great place to go enjoy a night out. It's a very nice setting and the band was great. The only draw back was the service wasn't great, the waitress seemed to forget about a couple of tables or forgot that you ordered something. The food was also really good. I'd definitely go back.

Visited this establishment while attending a Birthday Brunch on Sunday 12/15/19. First time visit. The music was great and we were greeted when we arrived and seated at the Birthday Girl's table. It went downhill from there. We were served water in plastic cups and was told by the waitress they had a big party on Friday and hadn't washed all of the dishes.

I really really loved my experience at Le Chateau! Our team had our Christmas party here. My favorite appetizer was the Collard Green Spring Rolls. They were seriously life changing!!! Jasmine and her staff were very professional and had impeccable customer service. I can't wait to come back.
Few of us going for Sunday brunch decided for Le Chateau . Parking can be scarce if extremely busy but this day happen to be ok. I had the shrimps n grits although the flavor was good the grits were either old or just broom of the pot they were stuck together and the shrimp were extremely hard. A friend had chicken and French toast the chicken was burnt they even tried to make the noticeable difference into a pattern on her plate I can't believe they would even serve different color and cooked chicken to anyone..... two pieces were clearly burnt and the owner was like "what's wrong with it "as if she couldn't even see that two pieces were burnt. The fish was salty per report of two patrons inside as well as one of my friends at the table. We definitely will not be back for any brunch related events happy hour maybe but nothing related to food. I was so disappointed. In the end we did receive a discount on the food as I did show the owner my video of the grits(because I got rid of them before she could see them) she was not happy at all. Idk seems if you are going to offer brunch 1 day a week you should be executing it best well but then again perhaps that's the problem no repetition.

Oh my, where do I start? This was my second time here and I honestly would probably NEVER come back. The first time I came was for my cousin's wife's birthday. I mean my first experience here was okay. The service was a little slow and not up to par but the food made up for it. I had the French toast with fried chicken oh man, it was so good!! So when my little brother told me that he was coming to this restaurant for his birthday, I was super excited to come and you know try the French toast again. Little did I know that I wasn't going to try the French toast again no was I going to drink mimosas that I ordered. So I ordered two carafes of mimosas. I kid you not, it took I think a hour to get ONE carafe.... AFTER I had to personally walk up to the bar and ask "how long does it take to get two carafes??" The lady that I spoke with at the bar said I am sorry who is your waitress and when she asked, she just so happen to be standing right next to her. I just pointed and I was like her. She apologized again and said she would get that right to me. Do you know how long it took her just to bring that ONE carafe after already compksimimh that it was taking so long to receive them?? So she eventually brought out one carafe out of the two that I ordered and she said she was going to bring the other right out to me and she's going to comp one for me. Ask me if I ever saw that second carafe? Our waitress was so trash and so slow it was actually ridiculous. The tables that came after us got their drinks and food before us, actually let me not even say before us because I never got my food!!!!!!!! I forgot to mention that when I got there the waitress never came and approached me and introduced herself or offered me water. I had to drink my older cousins water. I had to flag the waitress down and say hey can I order this and that. it was actually getting so frustrating that I had to ask the waitress hey can I speak to the manager and I'm 100% sure she never actually went to go get the manager. I had to ask another guy that was cleaning out a table near us. it got to the point where I walked back up to the bar and spoke to the same lady I spoke with before and said hey I just want to cancel the order and go. she said she would handle everything and come speak with us. she finally came and spoke with us and I had no idea that she was the owner. The owner explained to us that there was a back up because they had a large party, whatever. There was probably only two or three waitresses working there. If you know you are going to have large crowds, busy days/times, whatever the case may be PLEASE have more than enough staff. like it doesn't make sense how the restaurant had so much potential but it's just failed like completly. i had to complain that it was my little brothers birthday and he still hasn't received his food. I didn't even care that I didn't receive my order but the fact that he came to celebrate his birthday and he never got his food is absurd!!! she explained that you know the whole backed up thing and said that he will get his order for free. I kid you not I think we waited for maybe like another 45 minutes and the food never came as well as my other carafe. we decided to just get up and leave because it was that ridiculous that we were tired of waiting. He had been there since 12 o'clock, we left there I believe around 3.... that is so disappointing when you try to support black owned businesses and they do some crap like this!!! We were looking to have a good time and ended up eating Whataburger!!! Never again.

I love this place!!! Literally had a good time. The drinks were strong and crept up on me. And the brunch was amazing with a great price!!!!!!!!!! Everything about the place is good!!! Music also. Staff was very friendly. I got the French toast and fried chicken.It was so good people started ordering it as a second plate to their main course lol. The shrimp and grits was good too! I will be be coming back again!!!
