The food is amazing, however some of the staff have terrible service. I've been coming here for 5 years and have never experienced someone talking to me the way the woman talked to me today. Making me questions whether i want to continue supporting this local business. Do better.

Dining in instead of taking them to go is a different taco experience. Glad I decided to dine in this time. Probably will from now on. Liberty has always had great tacos, but it hits another level when they are fresh and haven't been rolled up in foil waiting to be eaten after arriving at the office.

My gf and I were here in Houston temporarily to work a job and got a place to stay near by. We've gone a couple of times already and the lady at the register remembered us the second time we came a week later from the first. Was super friendly and awesome from day 1! She was an absolute blast and the food is delicious! Theyre also very fast at getting your order out to you!We usually got 4 breakfast tacos for about $11-12 I believe.Awesome place to check out if you're in Houston!Also heads up there is no drive thru just an fyi.

I've only been to this place twice. The first time I was impressed, my order had 8 tacos & they were all right & nothing was missing. They tasted really good too in my opinion.The second time I went, all of my tacos were there but 2 of them were missing toppings that I added. & the chicken wasn't "as good" but still was content with my visit.Each time my food has been made pretty quickly, whenever I drive up to pick up my food it has been ready for me both times.
I use to come here when it first open and now I'm back cause we just got back into town. I don't know why it's not as popular as torchy or velvet. My pick is the queso. Any taco. Always parking. Cause it's not crazy busy. Thank goodness. Ppl are always nice and a table open

Definitely a keeper!!! You walk in and immediately notice how clean and kept it is! The music playing sets the mood for tacos, quesadillas and chips/queso and guacamole! BYOB is in the menu, too!! The service is great! They are very friendly and greet you right away with a smile and answer all your questions! We ordered the chips with queso with the added tejano beef and the brisket quesadilla! The queso is probably the best I have ever had! It is perfect with the added meat! The chips come out warm and crispy. It looks like they make them themselves. Now, let's get to the main attraction! That quesadilla was FULL of brisket!! There was no skimping on the fillings!! It was absolutely delicious!! Afterwards, we got one of their Hershey's triple chocolate cookies! WOW!! Rich, chocolatety and a great ending to a great meal!! There's a variety of taco offerings that are not the norm! Anything from beef to chicken to seafood to vegetarian options! This is a must for any taco and queso lover like I am!!

And today it was even better - I ordered at a different location online on accident and they were about to easily switch it over to this location without any additional charge or lost cost.
