This place is chaotic at best. Ordering food here is hit or miss, and if you order for to-go, good luck tracking someone down to get your food for you. I've tried several things on the limited menu, and most of the items are bland. The only reason I even bother stopping in here is because the hotel gives vouchers for free appetizers and drinks. If it weren't for that, I would go elsewhere. Now, I just grab my free snack and grab my real meal from the other decent restaurants in the area that have better selection and service.

We sat for half an hour and let two different waitresses know that we wanted to order food. Now, you can say that they were busy if it weren’t for the fact that we watched our waitress visit with the other tables around us multiple times without checking in on us. Never even got to order food- had to go elsewhere.

This is a solid choice to unwind with a drink and/or some dinner inside the Hilton The Americas in Downtown Houston.It can get very busy, very fast here, so I would recommend going early.Service at the bar was fast and efficient while still being friendly.I had a grilled chicken club and it was very good.You can also take food and drinks to go if you don't want to deal with a large crowd that is sometimes very loud.
