We went to Loch Bar for Happy Hour. The Happy Hour menu is small but it has a number of drinks and bar bites that are quite satisfying. The quality of the food is excellent. I especially loved the Loch hamburger, mussels, and chicken and sausage gumbo. We will definitely go back.

I decided to try this place out for brunch and the menu looked incredible. It's located in one of my favorite shopping center areas of Houston and I was really looking forward to it. First and foremost they had a great selection of food and everything we had was really good. My only feedback where the grilled oysters were overly cheesy and small, but outside of that everything was incredible. However, the area that they need to work on is the service. Our waitress Forgot several items, took quite a while to get to us, and eventually the manager had to come by and check us out due to the delays. It was not busy at all, which made it all the more odd. Overall, she was very sweet, but not very attentive.

It is rare that you get all of the following in a restaurant - excellent service, excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent music and also made to feel welcome. This was such a case. In addition, the server did an excellent job of helping make my wife's birthday dinner a special event. Highly recommend this place

Cute restaurant, but nothing special compared to the other restaurants in the area. Happy hour had a good menu. Drinks were okay and the small plates were tasty and shareable. Would go back again
Came here the day before Valentine’s Day after a poor experience at another restaurant that we had reservations at.Upon walking in, we were seated right away and greeted with live music. Huge shoutout to our server Tabitha, as she was so attentive the entire evening and truly made our night enjoyable with her great service.Highly recommend the skirt steak lettuce wraps. The flavor was so incredibly amazing I would have order two for my entree. We also ordered the Eastern Shore Fried Chicken with the Nashville spice and the Blackened Gulf Red Fish. Both were amazing and we will definitely be back to try other menu items as I don’t believe you could go wrong with anything you order.

Seafood was all great. Crab cakes are still Maryland good. Drinks too. The one star is taken off for dessert (17 layer) kind of dry and not so good. The worst part is being charged for it given it was for my birthday celebration. At least the candle was put in it. Did not sit well with me.

Did anyone say happy hour!!! They have happy hour every day , twice a day!!! It can't get better than that. Drinks and food special ! It was not crowded on Sunday at 5:30 . The lighting was great , not too dark, and not loud at all. We ordered drinks, burger, Mussels, caviar, oysters and crab bite. Everything came out very quick and all at once. Will definitely come back

I went on valentine day and had the crab Mac and cheese it was great very cheese . Then ordered it to go the next day it was horrible there was very little cheese it looked like it had sat out the crab was not even mixed in it. I was so excited about this food only to be so dissatisfied.
