INCREDIBLE!! Easily my new favorite Italian spot in Houston. The food was fresh, so good, and I could not stop trying everything! Definitely go in a group so you can swap and try all of the delicious meals! And our server, Courtney was incredibly sweet and kind. We definitely will be back

The ambience was great, and the service was top notch. Many staff members came by to check on how we were doing which felt very good. The broccolini wasn't cooked too well aside from the broccolini everything else was amazing. Would highly recommend this place again. Next time I come I'm definitely gonna be trying the pasta.

I picked up a takeout of Capellini Bolognese on Friday night. This was my second time eating from here and first time getting a togo meal. This entree was very good, very delicious, high quality and aromatic. The noodles were so soft and fresh, just like handmade ones would be. The meat gravy had plenty of seasoned ground meat with numerous herbs in one terrific blend. There was definitely some rosemary in the sauce I think from what I could taste. Maybe a little more salt would be nice, but that's all and even that was done well overall. The profile of this pasta would be hearty, herby and savory imo. Great service again.

I took my friend here to celebrate her birthday. We never received bread service but the other tables around us did. We also asked for regular water but our waiter brought sparkling instead. He then brought us regular water afterwards but still charged us for his mistake. Salad had too much dressing and was very salty. The fried zucchini and artichoke was delicious. The wagyu meatballs were ok- nothing special. The lobster spaghetti and the pesto and burrata pasta both were delicious. We didn't love our waiter- we had to look for him/flag him down, forgot bread, overcharged us. The waiter ( he had a curly mustache) at the table next to us seemed fabulous-he even helped the guests split their shared pastas and appetizers; he was more attentive and helpful.

Beautiful restaurant. So elegant! Great service! Was expecting better quality of food! Had carbonara and was very disappointed. Not cheap - if food had been good, would have been worth the price!
Perhaps the worst service in Houston. Waited almost 15-20 minutes per drink. Forgot our app order. A three hour ordeal for only 2 people. Had to ask for silverware. Dinner took 30 minutes to arrive. Never again. Too many options in houston for this BS. Why are you serving my food in plastic dinnerware?
This is a beautiful restaurant. The menu has unique Italian items which are good but not outstanding. The unfortunate part was that our waiter was terrible to the extent that the manager switched out our waiter for dessert and to close out the bill. First the waiter tried to rush us through our first drink and when we asked for a few more minutes he disappeared. We finally flagged a manager for another round and to place our orders. One meal was the wrong item and the correct one was quickly brought out. After the meal, he brought one person coffee and wanted to present the bill. Never asked if we wanted dessert or other drinks. We won't be running back based on the overall experience. It was disappointing after waiting 3 weeks for a reservation. Very busy place and loud.

I really enjoy going to both Lombardi and Segreto every time due to the high quality experience. It’s always unforgettable. From the hospitality and ambience it’s truly remarkable. This visit was different and it will stick to me thanks to the hostess named London. She was very professional and accommodating to my reservations. She made the experience truly amazing by catering to all my needs and always made sure I was taken care of as well as the server. I love going to Lombardi and can’t wait to come back thanks to London!

Worst experience ever! We came here for my daughters 21st birthday from Charlotte,NC. The atmosphere was heavy the manager Vinny dismissive and rude.(didn't hide it)No flexibility as far as the staff ,robots are more personalable then the staff in there..its just dry...the whole atmosphere was unwelcomed. First and last...if you are black, don't recommend ijs. Human kind still matters. Food was okay, had better.

For the price this place is a joke at the moment. Food is horrible. Tagliolini was just watery noodles with dry/stale truffle. Reminded me of ramen. I genuinely don’t think the staff knew how it’s made. Lasagna bolognese reminded me of something from Olive Garden. The check had a separate cash price and card price like you were at a stripclub. Staff was ok, they tried.. Ambiance was beautiful. I’d go back and sit at the bar to people watch. Assuming it figures out its food and service situation hopefully it sticks around, or maybe turn into something else in 6 months.
