Great food. The wait staff were always there to ensure our drinks were good or if we needed anything else. Not over bearing or annoying, but it is a perfect balance. The food was great as well.I appreciate the gluten-free offering as well, giving my younger one the ability to enjoy good meals while out and about as well.Dietary restrictions: They have a menu for anyone who needs gluten-free options.

My favorite restaurant ever. Service and food are always superb and they have live music on the patio / bar thurs-sat! Indoors is more romantic! This is family ran and owned and I highly recommend visiting them!

We recently had to spend the night in Houston. We decided to go to dinner al Lamonte’s Italian restaurant. We had noticed it before and were in the mood to try it. We were immediately seated, and warm bread was quickly placed on the table. You can frequently draw conclusions about an eating place based upon their attention to your initial experience. The quality chips and salsa in a Mexican restaurant, for example. The bread, in this case, was warm and delicious with a crispy crust and soft interior. My wife and I split an order of Chicken Parmesan which was delicious. The service was attentive without being intrusive and contributed to a very enjoyable late evening meal. I highly recommend, will definitely return.

My bruschetta was terrible. It was drowned in balsamic vinegar. I ordered the Lomonte's pasta with shrimp and it was like a 10 years old cooked it. The ambiance was very cute. The food wasn't.

Drinks were incredible. Lemon Drop and Hemingway. Concocted with a balance blend to not overwhelm but a smoothness to say "I'll have another".Dinner was Red Fish topped with scallops and a lemon butter sauce. EXCELLENT! The pasta if it had a complimentary sauce would have been great as well but a marinara did not suit well with lemon butter. Tomato is acidity so though not terrible the two contrasting flavors surprised me the chef didn't notice this match missed. Just order lemon butter on your noodles if you have similar cream sauce on the protein. I went twice in 1 week. It's that good.
