If you've never been here before, you're missing out on some amazing food!! Hands down one of the best empanadas I've ever tried in Houston! The food is freshly made, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. My go-to items are the beef empanadas and masa frita, but the chicken empanadas and others are also really tasty. If you go into the restaurant you'll also see this awesome photo on their wall with a astronaut on top of empanadas lol (bravo to whoever made that). The employees there are also super nice and very sweet. Definitely check it out!
Came to this place for the first time for dinner yesterday and I’m glad I did. The empanadas were very delicious it was very crispy had a light crunch on the bite. The chicken one had a sweetness to it with the little kick It was just perfect and the beef one was nice,savory, flavorful. If I had to take anything away from it , it was a bit salty but not super salty it was still good and then I had the regular fries which surprisingly we’re also delicious I like the sauce the empanadas comes with I believe it to be a cilantro sauce but overall, I’m definitely coming back. Customer service was excellent. I didn’t dine in but establishment looks pretty clean, so I definitely recommend you give this place a try!
Amazing customer service, amazing food, affordable prices. I will never not recommend this restaurant sooo good!Feeding the whole family without breaking the bank and without feeding guilty about eating out because you know the food is so good taste homemade. Definitely is our go to.
FOOD here is super good, service is also very attentive. Location is not the best option but if you're picking up to go it's perfect. I recommend the masitas and the sauces.

I would recommend pickup ( so call in and pick it up).EmpanadasPork: flavorful... 3rd favoriteBeef: Green beans and rice flavor 2nd favoriteCheese: Cheesy with decent pull... My favoriteChicken: actually my least like one... Would not recommend this one.Yucca frits: super crispy and crunchy and not a strong flavor... My little niece loves it.French fries: good flavor profile, slightly crunchy but soft in the inside... :) ... Salted just the right amountBuffalo wings: Generic buffalo wings... Very good.Garlic Parmesan: super garlicky... :(Masa fritas is super sweet... Not what I expected :(...Personally what make this place stand out is the empanadas but probably has the best fries out of every restaurant I've went to.In total it cost me about 43$ roughly this is the cost distribution.empanadas 11Fries and frita 7 totalBuffalo and garlic wing (12 pc) is 13Masa fritas ??? (Assuming 9-10)So overall pretty good. I don't think people will eat as much as me so lol... Also avoid chicken empanadas.

Veggie empanadas barely hard veggies inside, pineapple empanadas had pineapple preserves inside/jelly, the TOSTONES were great and plantains were only okay. Quick bites. Empanada was flaky and thin
Plantains where hard and dry; beef empanada is not good either it only has ground beef in it, the meat is cheap.. fried yuca was good

If you are anywhere in Houston make it to Lunitas! This place is next level good. The secret is their own home made salsas.The food here is crazy delicious. Not too many places in Houston can compare. We ordered the Lunitas Mix Platter to split for lunch. It was so good we ordered a second to take home!
