This is gonna be a great choice for you if you’re looking for noodles at midnight. I got the Egg noodles with saté sauce, shrimp, squid, and fishcake. The sauce is flavorful and well seasoned. The seafood is super fresh. Their menu is huge and I think they have all kinds of noodles that you might want, from soup to dry to stir-fry.

Was looking for some noodle soup after 10pm and yelped into this place . It was old Pho Bingh By Night location. The combination pho, seafood egg noodle soup and special dry egg noodle are all very good. Service was great too . We will definitely return .

My recent visit to this Mi by Night was nothing short of disappointing. The atmosphere was dreary, the noodles were bland and overcooked, and the service was incredibly slow. To add insult to injury, the prices were exorbitant for what was essentially a flavorless bowl of disappointment. Do yourself a favor and find a better noodle spot elsewhere.

My recent visit to Mi by night was a complete letdown. The noodles were overcooked and mushy, lacking any flavor or texture. The broth tasted like dishwater, and the toppings were sparse at best. I left hungry and unsatisfied, wishing I had chosen a different spot for my noodle fix.

Decor and service is good, but the food not as great as I would thought. The best special sauce for the dry egg noodle for me would be the abalone sauce where it is not salty when we had it. The shrimp wonton would be the next good dish, as eating it with a soup broth instead of dry. The pork was way over priced as it isn't any special compare to the hong kong or vietnamese take outs.

Was here two nights ago with some friends, foods was delicious, service was excellent and I like everything about it. Everyone were so nice and friendly here, come try out and give them a shot guys. Definitely will be back
I took my family here on 01/26/2024 and completely regretted it. We ordered 2 orders of dry noodles with crispy roast pork and 2 orders of pho. My wife and kids recently immigrated from Saigon. The kids ordered the pho and both of them said there was something off with the broth. My wife ate her noodles and about half hour on our way home to east Montgomery, she got violently sick and was throwing up. I luckily only maybe 2 bites of my food and took the rest home. A red flag was the way the different servers came by checking on us to see if the food was ok and the length of time it took to get our food after ordering. One of the servers did offer to watch our 2 yr old so I could eat but I passed. There were not many customers in the restaurant since it was later in the afternoon. I have no idea how they are rated so high. I would highly recommend staying away from here until they change chefs.

Incredible show for the new year. We loved watching the lion dancers but the food was the real star of the show. Pho was phenomenal! We'll be back for sure.

I would not recommend this place. The food was cold when it was brought to my table and when I told the staff she was very rude about it and didn’t even apologize. She took my bowl to the kitchen and microwaved it and brought it back out to me only to realize it was still cold and now soggy. Terrible experience never coming back!
