At 5:10pm April 8 Monday i went there with my husband.we been here alot of time and never had this experience The restaurant was empty with all table available.We decided to sit inside and requested him to sit at booth but person in front desk was rude and didn't allow us to sit at booth . We requested gently again but he still rejected rudely. I dont know his name thats why i have mentioned the date and time of our experience so that management can take some action and try to improve customer experience.Therefore we decided to leave even though we drove 30 min drive to this place. While we were leaving he was rude enough to say BYE BYE in a sarcastic way ..never had this experience ever..never gonna come back again ..very rude and disrespectful…i wish not to give this 1 star as well..

This was my first order from Mala Sichuan and I was quite pleased with it.One thing I noticed was that there were NO Sichuan peppercorns in the Gong Bao Chicken.I’ve made Fuchsia Dunlop’s outstanding version many times and I missed that feeling of “ma”.Vegetarian options: Sichuan has a long tradition of vegetarian cooking.

This location is beautifully decorated. The waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great service. The food had excellent presentation and taste. Many of the dishes are spicy. The parking can be an issue if you come during a popular time.
Delicious food, we order here at least once a week. Cumin lamb always hits the spot!

Love this new location! Decor is really neat. Place is clean. All dishes were spectacular and done correctly. Service was also swift and they were really kind.West lake soup was good! Needed more cilantro though- hahaWater boiled fish is a staple. They give a fair amount!Yangzhou fried rice hits.Eggplant and string beans - overall good but some string beans were a little old.Spicy oil dumplings were great. Loved that they were a little sweet.Fragrant ribs were incredible as well.

I absolutely love this place! The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is top-notch. However, I found the portion sizes to be a tad small for my liking. Nonetheless, the cumin beef and green beers were absolutely delicious!
