Came here on a Saturday evening and was surprised by how there wasn't any line. Very clean and tidy inside. I liked how this location had The Great American Cookie at the same location. I ordered the regular size of chocolate caramel pecan. The size was much bigger than I expected. It was vanilla ice cream with lots and lots of mini chocolate chips mixed in and pecans drizzled with caramel and chocolate on top. I loved the amount of mini chocolate chips, the pecans tasted a little old which was disappointing.

Come in all the time, never once greeted. Always buy a quart size, and feel like the employee hates it like it’s a burden. Feels like everyone hates there job. Last time I got a quart size and a kids cup, it was under filled. The girl didn’t make the correct portion. She was lazy and unfriendly.

Good afternoon, I will be clear and honest. The ice cream is good but the way the place is manage is terrible. All tables were dirty, I had to clean them myself. Probably 5 kids just looking at their phone, and they did not even ask if we needed help. They recently turned on the heaters but the place was hot, I think they did not double check the temperature on the guest area I guest. Kids are not happy to work there, because they see kids and they not even smile. This is not the first time, and that is why I am writing this. I do not even have an account but I am very disappointed today. Thanks. I hope corporate can read this and call the store owner or GM so they can do something to change this. Thanks again.

I must say, this particular Great American Cookie location has been quite disappointing. The decorations are subpar, Decorator's are rarely available when needed, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I do however, highly recommend the location on the N. West Freeway.

There were 3 of us in our group, all our first time to a Marble Slab. We all ordered ice cream. Server was very nice. A second server came out to assist. Both very helpful girls. The ice cream was quite good, the only thing I noticed was the temperature of the ice cream. It was soft and melting quickly. (Hence no photos!). We each got 2 scoops and we bought one cookie $23.

If you want ice cream this is the place to go. Place is nice and clean and the staff is great. Only complaint would be the lack of space/seating if it gets busy as it can get crowded near the sitting area.

The employees seemed to have a sour attitude and there was almost no seating. The ice cream was not very good this time either.
This location is terrible. Went in today, store was dirty with napkins and ice cream on the floor…A/C was out, then told after my ice cream was dipped up that they couldn’t put mixin’s because the stone didn’t work, but I was still charged the same price for 3 ice creams without any mix-ins…
