Actually I`m regular customer. But I had bad experience with new indian employees. I used to have 2 balls in one waffle cone with toppings. That is my usual order last 2 years. What might be simpler? However she refused to prepare that, said that it is too much for one cone and ice-cream will melt and they have never done that, however I used to have such order always with 2 previous white ladies employees! So that I insisted and she combined gigantic portions of ice cream to one cone and charged me for 2 ice-creams which melted on my hand eventually))) Really dont understand this service, if you misheard and scooped up too much or whatever, what a problem to redo the ice-cream? Really disappointing. What might be easier than prepare ice-cream, even robot could do this. Dont understand.

3 kids ordered 3 shakes. The worker made the incorrect order and accused us/ the customer / a 9 year old of lying. They refused to correct the order. Orderer three shakes 1 cookies and cream 2 cotton candy plus bought a piece of cookie cake. They refused to correct it.

This was the second location I went to after having a bad customer service experience at the location closer to my house (Westheimer near Beltway 8). Idk if management across different location is making working there miserable but two different locations should not have given me the same terrible experience. The employees did nit greet me, they just stood there, it was two of them but I didn’t know who was going to help me out because they just stood back. The ice cream is good but I did not feel welcome at all.

Alex and William are the dynamic duo! Enjoyed meeting them this evening. Both went above and beyond our expectations. They’ve really got the winning attitude. Had the coffee, Swiss chocolate and sweet cream combo. Can’t go wrong there!!

The sign on the front of the building said that they close at 9:30. We got there at 8:45 and the mixing stone was well melted. They stop working at least an hour before closing. They offered to just sprinkle the topping over the top instead of mixing them in (since they had already turned off the mixing stone). At $5.99 for a single scoop, I would have been better off going into Kroger in the same parking lot and getting a pint of ice cream. I will not be returning.

Was craving ice cream and went to this location. 5/5 stars! The employees were very nice. The ice cream was terrific!! The ice cream was fresh, creamy and very well made. There were many different flavors to choose from. They also had great cone and cone cup choices. The cone cup with the top dipped in chocolate was fresh. What can I say? It was a perfect ice cream experience. Will definitely be going back for more!! Probably the best ice cream shop in Houston. Update: I went again yesterday and I do see what a prior review is talking about. The ice cream needs to be colder. So temperature in those ice cream refrigerators needs to be lowered. My ice cream was a little melted, so it needs to be colder. It was great though. Making it colder would be a huge difference.
