Employee was sweeping floor and picking up trash, then tried to go box up my pizza when it was ready. Before he could touch my pizza I asked him to wash his hands and he caught a attitude. Also my pizza was burnt at the bottom

Pizza was hot and quick.Delivery service was polite and professional.The pizza crust/bread was tough and chewy(frozen).Ive been a customer for years now and am saddened to write this.Unfortunately this economy has caused businesses to take short cuts and serve poor quality ingredients.

I’m usually pretty satisfied with this location. But TODAY was different story. I did order online and requested LIGHT sauce and garlic butter sauce on the crust. When it arrived via Door Dasher. The half with just plain cheese was lacking the main ingredient CHEESE it was literally bread no cheese and missing the garlic sauce, I did ask for LIGHT SAUCE but it was literally NO SAUCE dry as a bone.I called of course and was told by MM “you asked for light sauce, and there’s NOTHING I can do for you no refund no discount half off next time NOTHING!” “I can remember your name and when you order again I can make it good for you.”*I took a picture??♀️
