I went to get a large Dr Pepper and 2 apple pies. There was only one other car there the car in front me of me. They only got a large order of fries. I sat there for a while because the drive thru lady with red hair just kept talking to the lady in front of me without a care in the world. That’s alright I guess. But to have me waiting just so you can converse and then give me burnt/old apple pies is absurd.

I just experienced the worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever encountered. I ordered two kids meals and a big Mac. Picked up the items at the McDonald’s close to where I work and drove home to Texas city. Upon sitting down to eat my lunch, I noticed that my Big Mac did not have any meat in the sandwich. How in the world do you forget to put meat on a hamburger. Will not receive another dime of my money ever again. #337 $22.04

The late night shift is so bad they don’t care about you, I just got scream at by a black girl w red hair hair over sauces n a straw , ugh awful customer service, I paid my ex sauces and she wouldn’t give them to me , saying she put them in the bad I showed her the bad and still wouldn’t give me anything saying I have to paid extras??!! Like girl fr ? I hope they fire her , I’ll be calllinv corporate ,

I don't know if it is ownership, management or what, but this place is consistently bad. I find it hard to believe that this location meets corporate standards. Today was the 3rd time I came back after saying "never again". I was too lazy to drive to Webster. Shame on me.

If there was an award for the worst McDonalds in the world, then this location would win it hands down! You always have to check your order as guaranteed there are always items missing! Staff clearly not employed based on their customer service skills or intelligence! Terrible place!

Worst customer service

Automated Email system

Not exaggerating only about 3 members of staff are trained, if that. They told us they couldn’t understand at the drive thru speaker, then walked away for 10+min, nobody answered. Had to pull up to window and ask what was going on, because there’s over 5 cars piled behind and even after we pulled forward NOBODY answered or helped the right lane of drive thru. Then asked us to pull forward for 15 min. I planned a 5-10 minute detour not a 30min+ disappointment. The employees while they may be young are very incompetent, they need jobs that don’t need verbal skills in any form because their language comprehension is as the speech of a delayed parrot.
